Sam & Igor at the Fulham branch. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to put into the words the lengths and the help these two lads where in helping us first of all find a place and to them completing all referencing at such a fast pace to get us moved ASAP. These guys are not only professional but personable. Their warm enchanting nature put any of our doubts at easy. You could tell they both genuinely wanted to do the most they possibly could and they did exactly that and more. I am generally a level headed calm collected peaceful being but with this being a stressful process, that went out the window but thankfully I had both Sam & Igor to keep my head out of the sandbox. These guys are a complete asset to the business and if i controlled the powers that be I’d have these guys at the top of the Carter Jonas cooperate ladder - they went above and beyond. It would be an insult to them to even put them in the same sentence let alone category as any previous experience with agencies before these two absolute legends. Ask for Sam & Igor. My apartment is managed by Maddy, who takes care of everything and is always there to help.
