Absolutely shocking with their communication to shareholders. One of the Directors, Debbie W, outright lied and when I called he out and asked for honest and transparent comms, she ignored me. Laughable, if I wasn't contributing to the 'service' costs...
Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to resolve the rather complex legal situation at your development. We have, and will continue to, update all residents as and when we are able.

GoogleI've recently exchanged on a property marketed by White and Sons in Oxted and can sincerely say that you will be lucky to have the team playing any part in your 'chain'. Loraine in particular has been key to pushing our chain to exchange. With a significant level of industry experience myself i understand the importance of proactively managing a sale through to completion. Loraine was the one person who did all she could to ensure that all parties, not just her own client, were informed and doing what was necessary to complete. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending their services. A great agent and delivering true value and service as a high street agent should. Great work!

GoogleWe had a delightful experience with White & Sons. Keith and his team were so helpful, professional, trustworthy and efficient throughout the whole purchasing process. Loraine has been absolutely brilliant. As buyers we had lots of questions and Loraine was always able to obtain all the necessary information for us quickly, she worked really hard for the purchase to take place within a short time. We were shown a home in Bookham by Jago Banham from the Leatherhead White & Sons office. From the start he was friendly and engaging with us. The house viewing flowed so well as Jago took the lead and guided us through the best order of rooms downstairs and upstairs and then showing us the garden and the potential to increase space by reducing the thickness of the hedge at the back. The house with the extension next door was pointed out to see the potential the property has to be extended upstairs and downstairs. Improvements to the heating and DB board were also pointed out. Jago's professional and engaging personality left such a positive impression on us. Even though we aren't going to proceed with the house purchase we would definitely deal with White & Sons again because of Jago. We've dealt with many estate agents over the last 2 years in our house search and this young man is definitely in our top 2 best estate agents we have dealt with so far. Thank you for making the house viewing experience so engaging and valuable.

We have now used White & Sons Horley twice for selling our home. We chose to use them a second time because they did such a great job for our first transaction with them in 2016. I think it says a lot that the majority of the staff are the same now as they were eight years ago. Our current sale has certainly had its challenges and Lucy, Steph and James have all been brilliant at sorting them out. We would highly recommend White & Sons Horley if considering selling your home.

Genuine people who gave straight answers and honest advice. Andrew negotiated a good offer on my sale and Ed kept the chain moving as fast as it could. My sale was never dependent on a purchase but again they were incredibly proactive in finding me somewhere to buy and simply moved mountains to get a simultaneous completion date! Would thoroughly recommend White & Sons Reigate if you want a really good agent who values you, the client.

From house purchase and selling managed by Tom, Phillip and team, to all aspects of tenancy management, block management and much more managed Justin, Debbie and team. Ed and the Reigate team did an excellent job driving the sale of my property, despite very difficult circumstances and a large & messy chain. Ed, in particular, really went out of his way to make it happen, for example, calling/messaging on his days off and from his holiday in Greece (I hope it's not the norm :(), sourcing & arranging someone to provide a report that White's weren't responsible for, continually chasing my inactive solicitor...I don't think the sale would have gone through had it not been for Ed's persistence. Thank you so much Ed!!!

I cannot recommend Leatherhead Whites highly enough.Throughout the sale of our late mother’s flat, which was sold promptly, Stephanie and Grace who we largely dealt with were polite, highly professional, informed us extremely well every step of the way and were lovely people to deal with. They were highly effective in selling the property quickly which a previous agent had failed to do.

**Terrible Experience with White and Sons Estate Agents, Horley**I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by White and Sons Estate Agents in Horley. My wife and I both took time off work to attend viewings for several properties that we had booked with them, only to receive a phone call shortly before our appointments informing us that they had accepted offers on two of the properties. This was frustrating enough, but then they refused to show us the third property unless we were in a "proceedable position."The agent on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending, asking repeatedly if we had "cash in the bank." I explained that we have a mortgage in principle and do not need to sell our current home to proceed with a purchase, but she persisted, dismissively questioning if we actually had the cash available. It was insulting and made us feel as though we were being judged as unworthy of their time.The whole experience was a complete waste of our time, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this agency, as they clearly have no respect for potential buyers.
We understand that it must be frustrating that two of our sellers have accepted offers on their properties this week, ahead of your requested viewings toward the weekend. We have a duty to our clients to confirm the position of all potential buyers who wish to view their homes and with regret, on this occasion, each seller has provided us with instructions that we are obliged to follow. We are sorry that they did not align with your own expectations. We wish you all the very best of luck with your search.
