All the team were involved and engaged in selling our rather niche property and from Jenny who matched the house to the perfect buyer, Darren who showed it off, Keith who managed the operation and dear Loraine who is now doing all the work, this is a team to be proud of. Really friendly and approachable office. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that other estate agent we have used had a dedicated sales progresser which saved us quite a few phones calls.

White & Sons took over the management of our development, which comprises of 29 units, a mixture of leasehold and freehold properties, at extremely short notice, 2 years ago, when we were let down by our previous Estate managers.Justin Theobald and Debbie Webber managed the transition well, and have since provided excellent and professional advice.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Although initially they were helpful, once the house had sold . They sat back , did no chasing buyers through. Did not answer inquiries from solicitors or our onward purchase solicitor or estate agent . We have now lost the house we wished to buy due to their lack of interest . In conclusion, find someone else , someone with and interest in seeing it to a conclusion

We have been working with Jamie at White & Sons over the last year as contractors assisting in property maintenance. The communication and professionalism has been outstanding and we have developed a great working relationship. I would highly recommend the company and Jamie personally to deal with if you are considering a management company for your property. We have worked for a few but this company stands out above the rest.

Straight forward. Sensible advice.£800000 was agreed. In retrospect it should have gone on the market at £820000, knowing that buyers want the satisfaction of knocking a bit off the price.

Jamie, Head of Block Management at White and Sons Dorking provided great customer service dealing with a reported issue, which was resolved immediately. Whites took on our property management in January 2023 and have dealt with a backlog of maintenance that was neglected by the previous company, quickly and efficiently.
