I would never ever used this Company again. They failed to tell my tennent I was selling up, because of mortgage increases, I even even emailed them. Heard nothing so I assumed they had told the tennent. Two months later when I thought I'd have my property back, they told me they hadn't told the tennent. Also the tennent flooded my bathroom and cost me £2000 to fix!

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Hunters. My home was a bit unique in what was on offer, but Alan managed to find a buyer really quickly. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help. Bev was amazing, patient and was always helping and chasing for us. Would definitely recommend and thank you to all the team.

Google… if only I could give 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Here’s 5 more!) 🙂 We engaged Hunters following reviewing 5 agents in Tamworth and by far based on experience and knowledge, we knew Graham and the team at Hunters were the agents as soon as he left the property! We needed a sale within 3 weeks (…actually achieved a sale in 4 with two potential buyers (no chain!). Hunters did our viewings for us, and felt comfortable giving them a key to our home. They kept us actively involved and informed though the whole process and acted with urgency when our first buyer pulled out. They acted promptly on instruction when we needed something from them and committed time in the evening outside of their working hours to speak with parties where required. Their service standards are consistent from start to finish (and even after the sale!) Nothing was to much for the team, who were incredibly welcoming, professional and personable and made the whole buying and selling experience less stressful! We have been kept up to date every step of the way with answers to all of my questions. Honestly cannot thank them enough for how they have been. So kind, easy communication and prompt with every reply. I was also recommended my mortgage advisor through Hunters who again was fantastic. Again amazing service all round from the first viewing where I didn't think it would be possible (and I cried) right through to handover. We are so happy to have found our forever home. I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. My brother and I contacted Hunters recently in relation to a 6 bedroom detached house with extensive parking & gardens in Buntingford Hertfordshire. We arranged an appointment with their employee Laura. My brother and I were so impressed by Laura from our first meeting in relation to her knowledge of lettings. She proved herself to be highly efficient and courteous during the following week and arranged all the certification, photos & floor plans for the letting with the individual contractors and in addition to providing us with beautiful Client brochures posted it on Rightmove within a very short time scale. I would highly recommend Laura and Hunters.

I recently sold 3 houses with Hunters in Gateshead and I have to say Hunters did a job a great job for me. A couple of the sales were not straight forward but they managed to get the sales over the line and and showed great worth ethic and professionalism. Rob is always on the other side of the phone going the extra mile to help out. They also managed my rentals and did an amazing job finding me great tenants. GoogleBeen renting in Tamworth for 18 months but I explained to hunters that due to my mental health issues I had to move back to birmingham post code for treatment. Only to be told that I would have to pay up until January or pay over £500 and keep paying £725 pm until they get another tenant. Even though I didn’t sign my name on the agreement, they did. The manager is the rudest woman I’ve ever spoken to. Just talks over me. So caring about my mental state (not). They said to contact the office but they never answer or return calls. As for the signature on the agreement I must have changed my signature for the first time in over 50years. You don’t answer my calls so how about you call me
Please do get in touch with the office if you would like to discuss further Trevor .. you are currently in a contract and were offered options to vacate. Unfortunately this is not free - as per the agreement. We do not have the ability to sign a contract in your behalf .

GoogleWe put our late mother's house on the market with a local estate agent who offered us a very good deal. As we wasn't getting the service we expected we wanted go with another agent but was told we were tied in for "20 weeks sole agents contract" 22 weeks later and still no firm offers we turned to Hunters for help. Within 1 day we had 3 viewings and although no offers were forthcoming we had honest feedback from the clients. One week later not only did we have several other viewings but also an offer at the asking price. The girls kept in regular contact with us regarding progress of the sale, additional viewings from the buyers, shared information between the solicitors and any other relevant information. Our only regret is that we didn't appoint Hunters in the first place as their professional service and attitude is outstanding and we'd definitely recommend them to others. *****

I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

What to say, utterly unprofessional estate agent. Some properties are for sale in ivyhouse road that we like to view, seen it in Zoopla. And was told that property is sold couple of weeks ago, off hand. I am sure as an agent they have access to the account and very easy to put it STC, rather than making people running around.

I have just recently moved out of a property that Hunters in Baldock were managing I can’t believe in the difficult times with the pandemic how absolutely professional and efficient they have been. Both Claire and Chloe were brilliant. Supported me through the exit all the way, made sure the deposit was quickly paid back quickly and fairly, at no point did I feel money was being held unnecessarily.I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of letting their home
