GoogleI cannot thank Bairstoweves enough for their help during a very difficult time moving house. Elisha was so very helpful, as we were part of a chain the move has been very long winded and stressful but she could not have possibly helped anymore. Everytime she promised a call back I received one and everytime I called herself or James who was equally helpful, both working together were always available for updates and to hear my concerns or requests. Thank you so much and because of these 2 people I would not hesitate in using and recommending to friends or family!

GoogleWe can't thank Bairstow Eves enough for what they have done to help sell out Property. Our house went on the Market late Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning 4 viewings had been arranged. From those viewings we had 2 offers on our property and by Tuesday lunch time it was STC. Apart from Dan and James who helped with viewings I have to thank Elisha who was fantastic. She did a lot of going backwards and forwards to help us get the best price possible. She also helped us fill in the paperwork that was needed for the solicitors and without this help we would not have been able to do this. Thank you once again for all your help in achieving the sale of our property. 22/12/15 After losing our buyers on Saturday 19/12/15 Claire at Bairstow Eves got right on the case and we were up and running again within hours. Claire drummed up interest very quickly and we had a viewing booked almost immediately. Not content with that Claire contacted someone who had previously viewed our house and by Monday the house had been sold again. The work that they have done for us I outstanding and I cant thank them enough. I would not hesitate in recommending them or if we want to move again they would be my first point of contact. Thank you Dan, James, Elisha and Claire for all your help.

GoogleI have let my property with Bairstow Eves, Stratford since 2013. The team there have always been very professional and helpful. They actively found excellent tenants. Rent has been paid on time. Any information or issues have been dealt with promptly. Karen (Branch Manager) has always been very helpful - she helped me with my Property Licensing application. This was done free of charge. While doing remortgage on the property, I used the services of Syed - Mortgage Consultant at the branch. He first assessed my situation and then provided the best advise which was suitable for my needs. The remortgage was completed effortlessly. He has been recommended to my friends. Well done Bairstow Eves Stratford, keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

GoogleThis review is for the mortgage advisor company within Bairstow Eves. Do not by any circumstances go with this appalling mortgage broker company. I have wasted time and money for a job I was doing myself. They ask for an upfront payment which I didn't mind, but once they take that payment you are just a number. Being a first time buyer I thought I'd go for a broker to relieve stress however he only made the situation worse. Not sending files to my chosen mortgage company after been sent them not once, but twice, being told 'oh sorry I have been busy with potential customers' What about the ones you have been dealing with?! Absolute poor communication and customer service skills. Never in my life have I been left so embarrassed when my solicitors were calling asking what was happening with the mortgage as it still hadn't been completed and sent off to my chosen mortgage. I hope people read this and avoid at all cost, because it has lost me money, time and has given me a great deal of stress. Please note I even filed a complaint to Country Wide and they couldn't care less so taking this further. I wish I could write everything that had happened during this time, but there is so much to write! Just please please please don't fall for the mistake of being told I will help you because they really really don't just go to a bank!!!!

GoogleJust been advised my application for let has all been agreed and have the date to collect the keys , absolutely fab service from Chelsea, she went above and beyond to make this go smoothly , the whole process is great no messing around with filling in application forms , all done by online links , just when I was giving up I finally found the house of my dreams and this is all down to Chelsea , absolute star and and assett to Bairstow EVes , I’m so happy to be renting with a great letting agents .
