Very professional, always follow up on enquiries & Have called to check on how we are getting on moving in. A very thorough introduction to letting was given by very polite staff and knowledgeable help on hand if there were any questions, we even got a welcome hamper and new home greetings card, all the extra touches were there and more. Also compared to dealings with my previous letting agency for my previous home, I can now see how it should be done, all the little things along with the big and the extra consideration given makes all the difference, definitely recommend 👌👌.

I have used Bairstow for the last 10 years, for both let only and fully managed service. I have always been pleased with the service received. Recently, I have needed their help to find tenants for 2 very different properties at the same time. Their new recruit at Tamworth, Jade Holmes, was lovely. I dont write many feedbacks because im not really computor literate, but i had to write and let it be known about the service i received from Bairstow Eves in Tamworth, i literally couldnt fault the service they gave me when i was selling my property, being single i was really nervous about selling my property on my own, but right from when i made the phone call to speak to them about selling my property, and telling them i was really nervous they put me at ease. From the start of selling my property to the end, if i was worried about anything they would go through it with me, i just couldnt fault any of the staff in particular, I would like to say a very big thankyou to Elisha Bates and Liam Price they both went the extra mile, it felt like they was my friends, they was so kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble to them. If i ever wanted to sell my property again, i wouldnt hesitate and go back to Bairstow Eves, i would hope that Elisha and Liam still work their. so me and my family have been desperately searching for a forever home and when 2 out of the 3 are special needs it can be quite hard and frustrating for myself and any agents helping. here at Bairstow eves Tamworth 2 individuals have exceedingly helped me with this task. Jade and Adam are to of the members of staff at this branch and are fantastic to work with on this endeavour. they are very kind patient and understanding and i do not think id be able to cope on this home hunt without them. as someone who has worked in customer service and retail most of my young life i am thoroughly happy to say they are a credit and a fantastic asset to your team. keep up the outstanding work you two!
