I have dealt with many different estate agents in the past. I am very impressed with Bairstow Eves in Tamworth, particularly Elisha Bates. I have used Elisha for purchases and sales and can honestly say she is the best agent I have come across. She is very efficient, honest and forgets nothing! She does exactly what she says she is going to do and constantly keeps in touch providing updates. This may sound simple however in my experience this is a rarity among estate agents. I made the decision to switch across to Bairstow Eves after many months of trying to sell my home with a different local estate agents. The fantastic service I'd received from Elisha and Liam at Bairstow Eves was miles apart from what I'd received elsewhere. They managed to find a buyer in just over a week of it being listed with them, despite it being listed for around 5 months with another agent before hand. I Chose Bairstow Eves to market a property for me based on their positive reviews as I am not from the surrounding area. I can say that I have used around 13 different agents in the past (mostly in or around Leicestershire) for lettings and these are by far the best that I have ever come across. Joe is the Manager and is prompt polite professional and answers any questions that you may have regarding lettings Abigail is absolutely outstanding in every respect, She looked after all aspects of finding a quality tenant vetting referencing and managed everything from start to finish with impeccably. January 2018 sold our property... March 2019 after a nightmare 14 months with lenders and surveyors we finally sold the house. Elisha Bates was amazing. A sales woman yes but also an excellent customer relations person. At times she made me cry when I had an update and at others smile but through any tears she made me laugh! She handled everything professionally and went the extra mile on many occasions, even with my occasional bad language through shear frustration. Never met her until I handed the keys over on the 27th March. Thankyou Elisha for sticking with us and through it as I know it’s been as testing for you as it has been for us. Elisha dealt with the sale of my late moms property from the start, she is lovely and friendly and made the whole process so much easier than I was expecting, after having the house valued from by another company, Elisha came out and added an extra 20 thousand to the other agents valuation, and we managed to see the property for a great price.
