GoogleI found that dixons was very helpfull they helped find a property that was perfect for us. The staff are very friendly and poilite if you need anything they will make sure they go that extra mile to answer all of your questions. The process is straight foward they make sure you dont get messed about. This has been brilliant service all the way through and amazing comunication. I would deffinalty recomend you use dixons to find yourself a property.

GoogleI would 100% recommended these guys what an awesome team and an amazing bunch of people who will make you feel so welcome!!! As we were 1St time buyer's we didn't fully understand the process, so Joanne sat with us and went through every detail anything we didn't understand she would explain again until we did, if we phoned with a problem she was straight on the case to fix it and phone back to explain what she had done. After hitting a bump and our first house fell through Dan then kindly cleared his Saturday to take us round to view 5 houses 1 of which is now our new home. If we hit any problems we would ring or go in and speak to Elisha who would have the problem dealt with in minutes and ring us back ASAP, each time she would go more then an extra mile to help us out she would sit and fill in all our paperwork if we didn't understand and explain it in detail. We cannot fault our experience with this team not only on a professional level but on a personal one, they will make you feel more than welcome and talk to you on a real personal level which will put you more at ease. We will definitely be using these guys again and referring others there way.

GoogleThe friendly staff at the Bairstow Eves Stratford branch were fantastic when my partner and I were looking for a property to rent. They have a very personal approach and they tried their hardest to show us only places that suited our needs. Once we had found the perfect place they made the whole process quick and easy. Even since moving they have been great managers of the property. Any questions or issues we have had (which are very few!) were dealt with quickly and at our convenience.
