I arranged for Bridgfords Denton Property Valuations Manager Adam Hulme-Quigley to undertake a valuation on a property. Adam arrived immaculate, suited and booted, with a big smile on his face, and full of very up to date useful information on the property market in this area. He was extremely courteous and informative, and answered every question I put to him. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to any of my friends and associates looking to buy or sell property. When we decided to see our home I wanted to go with a local estate agent. Out of the 4 estate agents on our street bridgefords were the only ones that had there doors unlocked and were seeing customer. Once inside I spoke with Ryan about getting a valuation done and putting my house on the market. Within days Adam was at our house carrying out a valuation and giving me all the information I needed. Once the house was on the market on the Thursday evening within 24hrs Chloe had a full Saturday booked with viewings and the house was sold by the Monday afternoon. After a offer was accepted Chloe was fantastic at keeping me updated with any new information she received and pushing solicitors to keep things moving. Once the sale progressed Ryan was available to help move things past the final exchange and completion. All in all the team were well-mannered, easy to get on with and professional. The team Bridgefords Denton have been superb in helping me sell a property. A particular thanks to Ryan and Maisie who have always been on hand throughout the process and did a really good job. The team really support you to help sell the property at the best price possible so you couldn't ask for more from an estate agents. I also particularly liked that there was always someone at the end of the phone which isn't always the case with other estate agents. I would highly recommend using.

I have dealt with Ryan, Adam, Chloe and Katie while using the Bridgfords Denton branch to sell my property, and every single one of them have gone above and beyond to help in any way they can and make the process as smooth as possible. The majority of my communications have been with Ryan and Adam, and both have been brilliant and cannot do enough to help. I would absolutely recommend Bridgfords, Denton! You should applaud your sales technique as you originally managed to persuade me to join Bridgfords in you selling our house. Your customer service and all round personality was lovely and coming in to meet the team was a personal touch on a very stressful thing. You all did exactly what you said in selling our home, and we couldn't be any more thrilled. You were upfront and honest at times and I really appreciated that. You never went through the general sales type route that just "tells you what you want to hear". Chloe has also been an absolute star, dealing with me for one. I can't sit here and say that we have been the easiest clients to deal with in fact we were probably one of the most annoying and I bet you'll be glad to get rid of the daily phone calls!! But in all seriousness she has performed amazingly, as did Katie, and gets back to me and answers all my questions professionally and in a way I understand, and you can tell in the way you work as an office you are absolutely on the ball and have your clients best interests at heart. A massive thanks to Adam too, for recommending his friends to view the house and also going through things with me when I didn't understand (which was most things - I don't understand the world of property...) We sold and bought with Bridgfords and have had a really good experience throughout. Adam first visited our house to do a valuation over a year ago, then came back 12 months later when we finally decided to sell. He remembered what we'd discussed (or did a good job checking his notes!) and was extremely personable. We wouldn't have gone back to anybody else. Chloe and Ryan have kept in good contact with us and helped smooth over a particularly difficult point in the process that was out of their control. Katie has been helpful in viewings and whenever we've spoken. They've been excellent and we would have no problem recommending Bridgfords.

They were quick to find tenants for me and responded quickly to my emails . There was a delay from the back office in getting the deposit submitted to the deposit agency - but apart from that an excellent service.

Well what I can say! SHOCKING SERVICE.

Well what I can say!! After 7 years we have had enough and made the decision to move after countless problems. I am now having to move away from the area I grew up in and also I have to let my pet dog go after all the problems and YES BRIDGFORDS YOU ARE TO BLAME!!!! When we moved into the property it was just about habitable, it should not of been presented in the way it was but we were desperate. Over the years we improved the property ourselves and made it a nice home and we genuinely felt at home. Problems included heating pump problems, shower problems, we were left without a gas hob for 6 weeks, had to live practically off ready meals. Roof leaks, boiler problems which take weeks or even months to resolve. The penultimate decision to move was made when we were left without heating over the Christmas period, the house ended up like an ice box to the extreme causing massive distress to us and our young children, but they just don't care, waiting days and days for quotes to be accepted. Money comes before Health and Safety with these guys and to top it off we are being harassed to arrange viewings for new tenants, absolute joke. Unlucky for them is that I know property law, probably better than them and I have the right to refuse access to them until tenancy agreement ends. No one from the agency has ever been out to inspect the property in 7 years but they are willing to show people around, for they all know the property could be trashed. Absolutely unprofessional, some staff should be nowhere near the business of real estate. I think they think that payment of rent is just for the property, its not you pay rent for a service to which you do not get! DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM BRIDGFORDS. Its just a shame it has come to this but they are to BLAME FOR IT ALL!! SIMPLE. GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER MOVES IN!!

Very helpful staff especially chloe and ryan as they both went above and beyond to get things done and was very professional in what they do. They kept myself and my partner up to date with every process in buying our first home and and explained clearly anything we was confused or stuck with even did most of the work that other parties should be doing. Although plans for our house did not go they way we wanted chloe and ryan did not give up and are in the search for our home. Definitely recommend Especially the denton branch :)

I recently got news of a new job and very quickly had to start searching for properties to rent. I had a number of difficult experiences with other letting agencies who insisted I had to view the properties before I could complete an application form but due to living 3 hours away from the area I was relocating to it was impossible to make my work schedule work with booking viewings. Relocating for work can be difficult anyways so the added pressure of potentially not finding a place unless I physically went to do the viewings definitely added to the stress of moving. Then I came across Bridgfords Denton branch and things completely turned around for me. I saw a property I really liked on right move and when I first contacted the branch I was greeted by a very friendly voice of one of the lettings negotiators, Megan Taylor. I cannot emphasis enough how helpful Megan has been throughout this process from start to finish. I can imagine her job is quite busy but her response to emails and questions always felt instant and I was never left wondering what was happening. I also briefly spoke with Megan Waddell, another very friendly member of the team and I particularly appreciated the time she took to explain the Reposit Scheme to me as this was not something I had been offered before and just by chance it happened to be an option on this property. Thank you Megan Waddell for taking the time to explain the scheme to me in great detail and also for sending over some paperwork I required to kick start my application. Megan Taylor has made the process a breeze for me. From submitting my application to competing referencing this was all done within 48hours! I’m currently waiting to sign contracts but I have no doubt the rest of that process will be just as smooth. I also really appreciate Megan contacting the landlord on my behalf regarding any queries or requests I have for the property and keeping me updated throughout. I have rented 5 properties in the last 7 years and worked with varies letting agencies accross the UK and I can by far say the best experience I have had has been with Bridgfords (Denton).
