Selling property is hugely stressful, and requires an Estate Agent to be supportive, communicate effectively, build and maintain trust, and represent your interests. I chose Bridgfords out of loyalty to my late mother, whose property I was selling and who worked for Bridgfords for more than 8 years. On reflection, I might have opted for a local, smaller competitor. My primary point of contact was Ryan Dexter, who appeared the most capable of all the Bridgfords staff I had dealings with. I'm not going to embarrass anyone here. As Executor of my mother's Will, I expected to be kept informed, although I'd suggest there were communication issues from the outset, particularly about whether the property should be sold furnished or unfurnished. I believed I was following Bridgfords advice by advertising it furnished, although the "flat was in such a mess", the management company refused viewings. Communication with the office was invariably poor. There was constant background noise, at least one Bridgfords staff didn't listen to my instructions, my recommended changes to the wording of the advertisement were not acted on, and the lack of continuity was disappointing. The flat was worth less than £200K, which may have impacted upon the quality of service I received. In summary, Bridgfords finally sold the property for £10K less than its professional valuation. I regret that I cannot recommend this Branch to others.

I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. From the moment I put my house on the market to securing my new property, he has supported me through every single step of the journey. His communication has been outstanding, always keeping in touch, providing updates, and making sure I fully understood what was happening at each stage. What really set Ryan apart was how he stepped in as the middleman between myself and the solicitors. He chased things when needed, clarified information, and genuinely helped move the whole process along smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner making sure everything stayed on track. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, proactive, and truly committed to helping you, look no further. Absolutely excellent service.

My experience with Bridgfords Denton has been an experience to say the least. I was a first time buyer tackling a corporate sale (not for the faint hearted). Out of 50 offers myself & the capable Bridgford team got it over the line, playing incredible defence and always being at the end of the phone for any queries/dramas I was had. Have to particularly mention/ thank George and Ryan for their amazing, genuine and professional support. We contacted Bridgeford Estate Agents to view a property prior to our house being on the market. Charles showed us round, unfortunately the property wasn’t for us but we were really impressed with the way Charles showed us round and presented us as a potential buyer we decided to instruct him to sell our house. Charles found a buyer within a couple of days and prior to our house even being advertised on Rightmove or any pictures being taken, which was really impressive. We’re currently going through conveyancing, so hopefully things will move just as fast with solicitors! Charles has been great, as well as everyone we’ve spoken with at Bridgeford’s , Gracie, Ryan & Jamie have always been on hand to take calls and run us through the process. Refused to return deposit after tenancy ended, eventually complying four months later after we enacted formal action. Ignored all our calls and emails, and during the little communication I could get with them I was treated with more rudeness and dishonesty than I have ever experienced. In particular Deposits Manager Paddy and Leanne consistently treated us with the utmost contempt. Probably some sort of illegal operations behind the scenes. Avoid!

What can I say about Bridgfords in Bamber Bridge, what an absolutely fabulous team of professionals to deal with especially Jane Catterall! I’ve been dealing with Bridgeford for many years now, both with the sales team and the lettings team, and I honestly can’t fault them. The sales team have always been really good, helpful, honest and genuine, which is exactly what you want. So a big thank you to everyone there. I especially want to highlight how amazing the lettings team at Bridgeford in Denton are. They manage a property for me and I genuinely can’t describe how grateful I am for everything they do. Megan in particular has been brilliant. She got me the best deal I could have hoped for and manages my property extremely well. Very good service fron the team at bridgfords Denton. Dealt with Chloe initially re valuation and then Reagan who was a star at the end especially taking meter readings at the house (a challenging hiccup) and handed over keys etc. Difficult for me to do living 2 hours away from the property. Along the way I spoke with other staff members too who were really helpful as well. Well done team!

After having a terrible experience with another Estate Agents whilst selling my property, i managed to terminate the contract and went with Bridgfords. WOW what a difference!! From the moment the photographer came to take pictures of my property to the moment my property was sold (within 2 weeks) i was kept fully up to date on everything that was happening. If an enquiry was made online, i would get a call first thing in the morning to notify me (even if they had not yet managed to make contact with the person and arrange a viewing). They would then call me back later to confirm once they had arranged a viewing. It was nice to be kept up to date. Thanks to Ryan, Chloe, Spencer and Reagan for keeping me up to date and especially Jamie who emailed me late on a Saturday afternoon (after the Offices had closed) to advise me of an Offer My only regret is not choosing Bridgfords from the start, it would have saved me 6 weeks of stress (from the previous agents) but hindsight's a great thing! I’ve dealt with Bridgeford Denton multiple times. Everyone there is amazing very passionate and really supportive. Their sales team is great, always communicating and helping me to find what I need. I’ve recently dealt with their letting team and I couldn’t be more grateful. Megan and Steph give the best advice for me and look to what benefits me the most before anything. The team is very proactive and always happy to help. Steph revisited my property just to retake pictures with better angles to help my find the right tenant.
