Patronising staff who are not helpful. They lie (e.g. we will clean house and remove old furniture before you move in - they did neither) and provide contradictory information. They also expect you to pay for repairs when it is the landlord's responsibility. The worst letting agency I have ever used. Avoid at all costs!

Do not use! Provided false information which was only discovered during surveys and left me unable to buy the property which has left me severely out of pocket. Awful service throughout and untrustworthy company.

"I can't send you a copy of your contract""We are not allowed to go round and knock on the tenants door"They don't do any work. I've not had any contact since I asked them what they've done to collect the rent (7months in arrears) and that was three months ago.They're horrible to the tennant too.

A real waste of time! I was after a property and repeatedly had to ask for a viewing. Requested that I was kept up to date with the property (there were issues regarding the seller) which they did not! What the vendor was paying them for I have no idea. Terrible (Wilmslow)

Absolutely shocking. Trying to buy a house and Bridgefords, Sale branch have a really poor attitude. Insist we show them our funds before even putting the offer to the vendors - not a chance! These people need a swift kick up the backside, they have a nerve demanding this information straight off.

Honestly, if I could give zero star I would. Booked an appoinment through richard wakefield office to view a house, went to see the house, agent never turned up, waited for an hour. Rang them many times no answer. Awful and unprofessional agent ever, never viewing house with these time wasters!!

The day before due to move at 4.30pm brudgfords Jesmond rang to say landlord pulled out! This after we had signed ast and paid 6 months rent up front. The negotiator had not done their job effectively which is why this happened. Left homeless and destitute with two young kids. Hopeless avoid

From start to finish at pudsey office they got every stage of process wrong.l had to chase feedback from buyers and waited days sometimes for replys.on moving day i was chassed for keys and they were not helpfull at all never use again shocking service.

Dreadful. Jesmond branch. Need to vet landlord as landlord pulled out 4.30pm day before moving date. The agent assured immediate refund which took 3 days. Inefficient, poor service, poor availability of anyone in the lettings department and, poor organisation. Save yourself heart ache and avoid bridgfords

Such an irresponsible furniture repair department they have.( Except mr simon )Too lazy and never chose them at any cost ,money grabbers .Agency fees ridiculous and the way they treat tenants while you contact them for any repairs or maintenance it’s really unacceptable they are negligent
