I want to let you know that I am complaining to you because you are careless. my husband called for a house yesterday and you were going to call us back, you didn't do that. today when he came back to you with a phone call, you tell us that there are no more places to see the house. I do not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting over a month for my deposit back after getting the checking out report (which came back fine) keep getting told it’s the landlords fault. Will be seeking legal advice and charging them the deposit, legal fees and their standard late payment fees as detailed on there account if I was to have paid my rent late (which I never did)

I called Bridgfords this morning to book a viewing on a house added to rightmove today. I was passed to Steph who started the conversation with "whats happened now" ?????? She was reluctant to book a viewing so i didn't. Rude, abrupt & unprofessional. Id suggest not talking to people like you know them and do your job which is booking viewings.

Bridgfords Newcastle are unorganised and only tend to communicate with you when it is in their interest. They can be very difficult to get hold of once you moved in.They charge a fortune to renew the tenancy and remain in the property then when you decide to move out of the property, they charge if you need a reference from them for your new property.Would definitely not recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience.... as a purchaser. I was made to feel like my requests were outrageous, despite following the recommendations of Bridgefords surveyor. I was told that I was disgusting and shouted at.. avoid Sale at all costs, it's just not worth the abuse. There are plenty of professional estate agents.

Really unprofessional and sloppy! I've wasted part of my life in writing emails, repair reports, and complaints...all to little or no avail. At the end of my tenancy, as a goodbye present, I was denied my deposit without any valid reason. I only managed to get it back through adjudication. If I ever deal with this company again, it will be too soon.

Poor customer service , waste of time don't book any valuation with them they don't send professional agents to view your property and you need to chase them several time to get the valuation report. Rude agents on the phone. I am glad i haven't used them for any buying/selling service.

I vacated my property 8 months ago and is still waiting for my deposit. After I vacated the property I kept calling and emailing them several times and they replied to me after 3 months. They have not even paid the refund of my rent which is around 150£. Horrible people

What a disgusting company, I’ve rented for the last 13 years and not had a problem, until I picked up the phone and spoke to Bridgfords Preston. Between them the don’t have a clue what’s going on, they are rude and don’t know how to speak the truth, you get passed from one person to another. No not use this company they are a joke!!!!!

I have had a terrible experience with bridgfords (Withington) over the entirety of my tenancy. Staff are always rude and flippant, never respond to any problems with the house (both bathrooms were not fit for use for 4 MONTHS) and become audibly angry when you decline viewings for good reasons. I wouldn't recommend that anybody uses them.

We've been using their management services for 5 years but the last 2 years have been a disaster.Their forced Landlord regulations fees is just a farce to extract money from landlords and their inability to deal with matters is just laughable.

Me and my friends had very bad experience with bridgfords letting agency at Halifax branch. I wouldnt give them even 1rating star if I could. The way they treat their customers is terrible. Not surprise about your ratings now. Never again. I will let all my friends know how we have been treated and to avoid it!!!

nathan is lovely! i was working today so i had to send my grandmohter on my behalf and she could only say nice things about him, same with me! credit to bridgfords! although i will not be applying for that certain property i would like to stick with nathan untill we do! very easy to talk to.

Turned up for a viewing which was triples booked, we had a viewing for 9:10 and they showed around another couple without checking who was supposed to be there at what time.Unprofessional attitude and we will be avoiding this agency from now on.
