My review is based solely on my experience with Emma George.As soon as Emma took over the sale of Penney Way, she was in constant contact with me (as the buyer), keeping me informed at all times as to what she was doing, What was happening (or not) & what she was next intending to do.She remained my only source of constant contact throughout the process (when lockdown began). Emma chased up every solicitor within chain, remained in contact with G.Pees & put everyone else in touch with each other when they weren't communicating, coordinating the entire chain. Her hard work & persistence has now paid off and i feel that she played the most integral role in making this move happen.I have been incredibly impressed with Emma & wouldn't hesitate to use her for any future sales/purchases.Samantha Kuflik

Would use Parkers estate agent again

Engaged Parkers to sell my property... took 4 months to sell in a quiet market.Parkers handled all the viewings and fed back comments from the viewers. They chased up on any who registered an interest. As I was away around the ompletion time, I did all the paperwork for the solicitor and instructed Parkers to take the final meter readings for electricity, gas and water as well as hand over the keys They did the electricity and gas readings but not the water reading. All in all, I would use them again as they succeeded in selling my property and kept me appraised of progress.

Happy with overall experienceA particularly difficult property management company were involved in the leasehold of the property, Parkers maybe could have asserted some influence over them to speed things up but even our solicitors said that they were one of the most difficult people they had ever had to deal with.All the staff we dealt with at Parkers were helpful & efficient though and kept us reasonably well informed throughout the purchase and were very obliging at arranging viewings, even over the Christmas holiday period.I would happily recommend them
