After inviting 4 agents to view the house to discuss their approach to selling and how they would reach the right buyers we quickly decided that Craig at Ewemove was right for us. He displayed expert knowledge of our local area, had sold other properties on the lane and had clearly done his research before coming round. The process was very efficient and the lady who came to do the photos was well equipped and professional, the photos came out great. Craig put us in contact with excellent solicitors who were also extremely efficient. We had viewings within days of going on market and accepted an offer within a couple of weeks from buyers perfect for the house and lane. We had great neighbours and it was important to us to sell to people who we felt would fit in and who our, more advanced in years, neighbours would feel they could call on if they ever needed a bin moved, Craig found the perfect couple. As the house we were due to buy hit a major delay he also worked with us to give us space to find a rental, as we were moving country as well as house, so it was was not something we could just rush. All round a great experience and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Craig and Ewemove team. Thanks again Craig.

Estate Agency the way it should be. From the start, James told it as he saw it and with his wealth of experience, we were grateful to benefit from his advice. Because the seller isn't tied in for three months with Ewemove, their whole approach is to get the property sold in short order advertising at a price that attracts attention instead of over pricing to gain the business, then recommending reductions to get the sale through. This created a lot of interest in our property resulting in a number of offers 10k over the "recommended" price and a completed sale at 40k over the "recommended" price. We were grateful to be dealing with an honest agent who was with us from start to finish and was always available and who kept us updated. In August 2021 a house came on the market that we fell in love with so I got in touch with Craig at Ewemove to see how quickly he could sell ours. Within 2 days, the house was valued, photos taken and was live on Rightmove. Craig arranged 4 viewings for the weekend and within 72 hours of our house being on the market we had 2 offers. Unfortunately the house we fell in love with fell through (with another estate agent) but we knew it was the right time to move so our search began! Craig was really helpful in helping us find our dream home and in November 2021 we had an offer accepted on a property. Due to a complex chain we weren't able to move until May. Craig is very experienced and professional but also personable and friendly making you feel at ease and like he's been your friend for years! He kept us informed with the complexity's that arose further up the chain which helped with our stress levels! I highly recommend Craig and would use Ewemove again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to move again.

James was a breath of fresh air, we had been on the market a year with 2 other estate agents but had hardly any viewings plus terrible communication from the agents. James come in and took great photos and gave us an honest valuation on the house backed up with facts. James communicated with us regularly even if he didn't have much news. We would recommend to everyone to use James, the difference in service is amazing and he sold our house quickly but he was also with us every step of the way during all the paperwork stage of selling and ensured that the chain kept moving.
