Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the EweMove team and especially to Craig, Olivia and Megan who were involved throughout the whole process. We were really impressed with EweMove from our first viewing and how knowledgeable Craig was about our house and the area. He answered our many questions and a few we hadn't thought of. We were fairly clueless as first time buyers and Craig was particularly helpful in the first stages of guaging timeframes and next steps. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were all knowledgeable, reassuring, trustworthy and professional. We would definately reccommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We also loved the welcome box too - that was a lovely surprise!!

We had a great experience with EweMove when both selling and later buying. Craig Banbury handled the sale of our house and was excellent throughout. Our original onward purchase unfortunately fell through, but we were able to continue with our sale. Craig was helpful, communicative and professional throughout what could easily have become a very stressful process. We were extremely happy with the service we received and with how the sale was handled from start to finish. Some time later, when we found our current home, we happened to be dealing with EweMove again, this time through James Cramp as the agent for the property we were buying. James was equally excellent to deal with. He was able to put us in touch with suitable services, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, and was approachable, responsive and did a great job of keeping things moving and keeping us informed throughout the purchase. The progression of both our sale and purchase was managed well by Megan Hewitt and Olivia Morris. Everything was trackable through an online portal, where we could upload documents and were notified of changes and progress through the various stages of each transaction including those driven by the buyer or seller. Having now experienced EweMove from both sides of the process, selling through Craig and later buying through James, I’d happily recommend them. Both the agents and the progression team and other support services left us with a very positive impression. They were personable, straightforward, responsive and genuinely engaged in getting each transaction over the line. Thanks again to the whole team for all their help

We recently sold our house with Ewemove Tadley . We first met Craig way back in November last year and honestly as soon as we met him , we didn’t want to use another agent , Craig is a real down to earth normal person , no silly sharp suits and pointy shoes he’s genuinely good at his job and really cares about his clients ! We didn’t put our house on the market until April but he didn’t pester not once , but he was there with advise when we asked ,. He sold our home four days after it went live , and the process was pretty seamless, we were then passed to Olivia a property progressor who helped with the sale right up to completion and she was also available any time! I don’t think we will ever move again but I can wholeheartedly recommend Craig and Ewe move Tadley

I can’t recommend Craig at EweMove highly enough! This is the second time I have used Craig/EweMove and the second time Craig has sold a house for me within days and for over the asking price. We decided to conduct social media poll to see what other Agents people would recommend in Tadley area. . Ewemove were consistently mentioned as being very good. After meeting James we decided to instruct - this was due to professional manner he presented and also on the many statistics that backed up Ewemove Tadleys perfomance on sales prices achieved and speed of sales completion etc. We had two offers within day of first viewings and after accepting one, the entire process took less than 8 weeks to complete - the sales progressors were also a useful aid for queries and being kept updated on process as it went along. Ewemove recently sold our house and we are so glad we chose them as Craig was an absolute diamond throughout the process. Ours wasn't an easy sell but he kept us well informed all the way through and was always honest and approachable. In dealing with him and other estate agents when searching for a property we found that Craig was by far the most personable and informative about the houses we were viewing. Also while the sale was going through, Ewemove have a "progressor" to push things along and keep everyone up to date. Olivia was absolutely brilliant and was worth her weight in gold. I'm told most agents don't have anyone doing this, but while Ewemove charged us 0.1% more than some quoted us, it was money well spent. If we were to ever move again we would go straight to Craig and Olivia without a doubt!

We bought our first home last year and we had the absolute pleasure of James being our estate agent. We cannot even put into words how wonderful and helpful James was throughout the whole process from when we first called to view the property right until we got the keys and beyond. We had heard horror stories about buying houses etc so we were very anxious going into this, however, James settled any nerves and was always on hand with information and guidance, he has completely blown us and our families away with how lovely and supportive he was. Even when James was on annual leave, we were told in advance and handed over to the lovely Craig who was just as helpful and informative. James dealt with our many viewings and family members who wanted to come and see the house! The care box on completion was also such a lovely touch and we have left the process with James and Ewe Move feeling incredibly positive and cared for. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
