TrustpilotI had a rental property with Keenans…
I had a rental property with Keenans and had to evict the tenant. Patrick Jones was the person that helped me deal with this i could not of done this with out his help. He took over and sorted every thing out for me with out his help i would not of been able to deal with it. He went over and above in his duties i would recommend Keenans estate agents and letting to any one a big thank you to all the team.

Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

I wish I could give zero. I have made numerous attempts to view houses, and Keenans cancel almost all. I even put in my last request to view a property that they would cancel. When they phoned to to view the property, they laughed about my comment. Guess what - THEY CANCELLED. DO NOT USE TO BUY OR SELL.

After reviewing the appointments you’ve had booked over the last few weeks, we can see that five viewings were arranged in total. Of those: -Two viewings were cancelled because the vendors accepted an offer before your appointment time, meaning the properties were no longer available to show. -One viewing went ahead as planned, which you attended. -Another could not take place because the vendor had taken back their key unexpectedly, leaving us unable to access the property. We offered to rearrange this for you. -You then chose to cancel the remaining viewing that was still scheduled. We appreciate how frustrating last‑minute changes can be, especially when you’re actively trying to find a home. Unfortunately, some cancellations are outside our control, particularly when a seller accepts an offer or removes access without notice. That said, we always aim to communicate clearly and rearrange wherever possible. If you’d like us to help you secure viewings more smoothly going forward, our team would be more than happy to assist. You can reach us directly and we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

Right from the beginning when putting our offer forward right through to getting our keys on completion, the communication and reassurance everyone at Keenans gives is second to none. GoogleKeenans were excellent at supporting us through the homebuying process. Nikki was attentive, would always ring with an update and informed us of the next steps. As first-time buyers this definitely put our minds at ease when our solicitor wasn't communicative! There were also great at understanding our needs in a property, weren't pushy and accommodating to lots of viewing requests. We would highly recommend Keenans to any prospective buyers. Before you attempt to discredit me do not forget you upset my wife so much you sent a bouquet of flowers as an apology. Doesn't remind you as you have terrible memories you also reduced the selling fees as compensation for your poor service do not deny this the evidence is available.

After checking with head office and reviewing the file we can see that your concerns are confirmed by yourself as resolved. GoogleAfter choosing the wrong Estate Agent we went with Keenans. I cannot recommend them and especially Nikki highly enough. She has been like our very own Kirsty Allsop! Nothing has ever been too much trouble. She has guided us, supported us and of course her amazing sense of humour has been exactly what we needed at times, but always professional and knowledgeable. She has always responded to messages and emails ( my pet hate when people don't), and has been our reasoning board when needed. Well done Nikki, you are a credit to your company.

They were very successful in securing a good number of viewings, and despite the transaction taking a little bit longer than was expected in the circumstances, the Keenans team were very proactive in chasing both parties and their representatives to move the process along.
