Start to finish communication has been super, and our property manager Hayley has been super proactive, extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we have had a question. FacebookRenting through this company is so one-sided. They are all for the landlord, be sure to get everything in writing. if you have an awful landlord and you are moving out take photos and videos of the place as some go after the deposit unfairly. The estate agents have sided with the landlord as they are the client. of course not all landlords are like this, but I know one that is.

GoogleVery poor experience with the lettings team. Completely ignoring requests for repairs with a faulty boiler. Left with no hot water or heating for weeks. Two children have asthma and have been made unwell. Will be contacting the ombudsman shortly.

GoogleI highly rate Jordan as an agent. He was exceptional from the start to the end of the process. The only part of the process we were disappointed with was the third part sales progression company. They have contacted me for feedback however and will be looking into training to sort out the issues we experienced.
