Whilst I was open and honest from the start that I am not looking to place my property on the market, this didnβt hinder the Haart team from providing a very efficient service. GoogleThis agency helped me find a flat, with one of the letting agent - Pasquale Mazzotta working extra hours to help me out. This agent's job made the referencing process easier and less stressful. The letting agents are understanding and they work hard, especially Pasquale, who understood our deadlines and kept them.

From the moment I contacted Haart, from viewing properties and then purchasing one, the service provided by everyone was professional. David constantly kept me informed of progress on a weekly basis and liaised with the solicitors and the sellers throughout the whole process. I would recommend Haart to anyone. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Alex also helped with the sale completion. Highly recommend.

GoogleI found Celia, whom I dealt with, and the rest of the team at Haarts very efficient, friendly and professional and wouldn't hesiate to recommend them to anybody buying or selling houses in the Swindon area. In particular Celia was willing to arrange viewings after hours to fit in with my work schedule, which many other Estate Agents would not have been willing to do, so a big thanks to her!

GoogleHaving previously been on with another local agent, we decided to try Haart, they sold our house within two weeks of going with them, i think that speaks for it's self. Dave and his team have been fantastic, especially Kelly, always on hand for even the smallest of question's. I would totally recommend these guys if you're wanting to sell you'r home and more importantly getting a good price for it.

GoogleKelly, is quite energetic . She made 4 viewing in less than half an hour very efficient and sufficient. She is polite, professional, active and pursuant . But unfortunately she is always busy and every time I would see her to show me more property she was in charge of another viewing. I think her agent needs couple of people like Kelly to cover whole viewing inquiries. Thank you Kelly

GoogleThis is the most terrible estate agent I have ever used. 1. unprofessional altitude. we have multiple view appointments for the same house im interested in. But they always can not get the garage keys. So we have no way to view the garage inside. And they always promise to get the keys later. 2. No respect to the clients. We have put the offer and the buyer has accpeted. But whenever I email them to track the status, I could only get reply after 1 week at least. Whenever I call them, they always tell me that someone is busy on other stuff and promise to drop me a call by the end of the day. But they rarely call me back to answer my questions. What they frequently tell me is nothing else but waiting for reply. Whatβs more, their manager would trick you that average time to buy a property is more than 22 weeks, but you donβt see any progress during the whole procedure but endless waiting. 3. Always delay the schedule. We find some minor issue with some survey such as loose door handle, etc. they promise me to fix the issues of the property. But after 2 months, whatever minor issue is still there without fix. when the data for the fix appointment comes, they even told me that the maintenance man has some accident and have to delay the fix again. The fix is about some loose handle, etc. is it that difficult to get someone fix it? they promise me the completion date is around Christmas, then delay to the New year, then delay to February. Thank Estate agent for their lies, I have to pay for extra short-time renting with higher charge. As a buyer, I feel 1 star is too much for such an unprofessional Estate agent. And we finally lost the interest of buying that property. So even you are a seller, it is not a good idea to sell you property through Haart Agent. There is no word could describe my angry about their arrogant, unprofessional working altitude. Thatβs the reason I want to share my experience here.
