I was very happy with the service provided by Fakhir Mehdi from the haarts Swindon, when I went for a viewing. He was very nice and professional. He let me take as much time I needed to look at the property and then he explained everything clearly, in an approachable and honest way. I think it was an outstanding service compared to other agents I've dealt with, who just basically let you in the house and know nothing about the property. Highly recommended. This guy is genius.

Very impressed with the service from Scott and his knowledge, and I was very surprised to find out he was new to the industry. Scott has always been accommodating, including arranging a second viewing on the property and working hard to gain access to the garage when the door was being stubborn. Communication is key when buying or selling a property and I was never left waiting for a call back, again, I am very impressed with Scott and Haart.

I am sharing this review not because I am a direct customer using Haart for selling, but currently searching the market in order to purchase. From the beginning I have received nothing short of a professional service from Alex Watson. We spoke for some time as Alex really wanted to understand my current situation, my budget and what I am currently looking for. To put this into context, no other agent, in my experience, has done the same. Out of ALL the estate agents I am in touch with, Alex (Haart) is the ONLY agent that has called me proactively keeping me updated with either what is on their books or what may be coming to market. However, just as importantly, Alex has really listened and understood the current situation and provided support by way of advice or suggestions regardless of whom I may purchase from. I must say, don't hesitate in using Haart, call Alex and I can assure you that you will be well looked after!

The house we wanted to buy was up for sale with Haart. We were greeted by a lovely colleague Abbie Carmichael. Once we had put an offer in and was in the moving process we then met Lynn Garlick and she has made this whole process so much easier! She is the loveliest lady I have ever dealt with so informative, caring, funny and you just know you can ask her anything and she will point you in the right direction or find out for you! No task is too big or small. As first time buyers she put as ease at every step and often was able to tell us more about what was going on than our own solicitors! Lynn really made us feel like we were being taken care of and made sure we were informed of any change or new detail that was happening in the process. We are so thankful to have her as part of our moving journey! We especially loved it when she sang congratulations down the phone to us when we exchanged and when we completed! A big thank you for everything Lynn!

Our first contact with Haart was through Charlotte who impressed us with her professional approach to taking on our property to sell. We were then put in contact with Adam who took on the task of preparing our brochure and taking our property live on the system. Adam took the photographs himself and I can honestly say they are the best we have ever had from any agent we have employed. From there he very professionally arranged and managed the open day, plus a further viewing day. He also managed and negotiated a very satisfactory price on our behalf. His communication skills are excellent. Adam should be congratulated for his dedication and professionalism.

Big shoutout to everyone at Haart for doing an absolutely amazing job selling our house! From the start, everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and efficient;, particularly both David and Mandi who went above and beyond to progress the sale of our house which took longer than planned due to Covid. Their communication is everything you would want during sales progression- David kept us informed from the start, providing progress updates and chasing surveyors until our sale got moving again once Covid restrictions were eased. This was then handed over to Mandi, who was completely on it right until completion. Mandi was basically in touch daily for the last month before completion where she’d pass on enquiries from our Buyer, chase solicitors and pass our responses back to the Buyer. She knew we were working to tight timeframes for our onward purchase and genuinely cared about making sure we met these timescales (and this was reflective in her communication and quick responses). Thanks again!
