GoogleAlanah has been very friendly and helpful to us. She was early to the house viewing and gave us the information we required as we asked for it. She didn't rush us or put us under any undue pressure, which we appreciated. Since then she has been easy to contact; she followed up with us the morning after the viewing.

GoogleI’ve contacted Haart on two separate occasions regarding viewing properties. I understand the current market is crazy but there’s no need for blatant ignorance and a complete lack of customer service. The first property I was told not a problem and we’d hear from them to book. I did not. I called to check in and told the same again. This continued and my partner also tried and again no luck. The house was then let and no one had the decency to let us know. The 2nd property was added to their site and I contacted immediately as it was uploaded. I was told that they’d be more than happy to arrange a viewing potentially in the next couple of days and just waiting for something to be fixed at the property. I again was promised a call back. I called again after I didn’t receive this and again promised they’d call with a further update and we’d definitely get a viewing. Again I heard nothing and I can now see the property is again let. It’s immensely disappointing that they’ve proven now on more than one occasion that they lack manners and can’t keep a simple promise . I certainly wouldn’t trust them with managing a property effectively or maintaining tenant relationships given this experience. Not impressed with their service at all.

In regards to your enquiries I can see that we had received them from my overflow Nexus team for the property in Corsham road. I cannot see the other property you stated you enquired on please can you confirm this? Within the timescale of the calls I have looked and unfortunately due to appointments we had limited cover on the phones and missed your calls. Regarding your conversations with the Nexus overflow they are purely there to take details and arrange a call back and should never promise a viewing as like you said the market is extremely busy and properties are going very quickly. At the point of you making the enquiry I can confirm that an applicant had been selected and a holding deposit was due to be paid. Where we will always try to ensure all enquiries made are notified if the property is let or still available due to the high volume we will miss some but we would never intend to ignore anyone looking to move with HAART. Had issues with the first couple of handlers but once Claire Campbell took over the case she was nothing but professional very helpful and really did her best to help us get over the line !
