We were dealing directly with Renee Mcrea who went out of her way to ensure that the process of finding new tenants was as easy as possible. Renee replied to every email as soon as she could, she was on call when needed and was professional in every way possible. GoogleConnells have advertised an Administrative role 3 times. Twice I have applied. The first time I was told I gave a great interview, I had a second interview with them to be told I would hear back in a few days. I never did. A couple of months later I saw the same role come up again, so I applied. I was offered a telephone interview. I was told it went well, I said thank you, this is my second time applying and my third interview with you. A few days later they rejected my application. Now, 3 months on and the role is re-advertised a third time! Apparently there's a labour shortage but companies are pulling this?

Jade Cox and the other girls in the estate agent made the whole renting experience absolutely painless, they even helped me with the on line forms in the shop, as I had no computer access. All in all, from when the offer on the property was made to the time I was given the keys was done very professionally and always with a smile. I found Connells an excellent firm to deal with, always very friendly and very helpful . I would recommend them to anyone.
