Izzy, in particular, has always responded promptly and professionally to our queries and concerns and, if she didn't have an answer to a question, she was able to get a timely response from the landlord. Izzy also guided us through the unfamiliar rental process with her customary cheerfulness!

FacebookI have just had the pleasure of meeting one of Connells staff trying to get in to my flat. I wasn’t home but my misses was who was shocked and very worried who the person was and why they were trying to get in my flat. After calling very helpful estate agents like strakers I called connells who told me it was them, they didn’t care at all was lucky I got a apology from them I guess the massive for sale sign 5 flats down wasn’t a big enough hint for them to see they got the wrong place. So overall shocking response back to my call and clearly can’t sell your house very well as they don’t go to the correct place I would recommend strakers.
I'm with connells at present, stuck with them as signed on as sole agent, they have not done much at all can't wait till 6th November

GoogleChloe and Izzy, Lettings, have treated our rental like their own. It's had issues and they have really gone the extra mile and made things happen including redecoration, cleaning etc. I live abroad so I rely totally on them and I know the apartment couldn't be in more capable caring hands.

The team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I was always updated before feeling the need to call. GoogleHaving inquired about a property for sale on our road, where Abbie was facilitating and open house day, we have subsequently chosen Connells to sell our own property. Abbie was extremely polite, professional and helpful and this led us to getting our own house valued by Andrew, who was equally amenable. Five stars for Abbie, and hopefully it will remain that way once the team have sold our house successfully!

GoogleMe and my sons were looking for a property to rent in after a lot of searching and failure to find one. We found one from connels. Called the agency and they offered to have a viewing for the property instantly. They sent Matthew to show us the property. We loved it and from there Matthew made sure we got it. We needed to move in as soon as possible. Thanks to Matthew he made it happen. Did everything he could to make it easy and fast for us to get the property. Thanks Matthew. GoogleI just wanted to say the hugest thank you to Jordan for your massive help in getting the exchange and completion finally through on my mum’s house. I can’t tell you how grateful we both are. You relentlessly and tirelessly pushed over the last few weeks to help make this happen, when the solicitor at the bottom of the chain was causing incredible delays/issues. You really are one of life’s helpers, which is rare is this day and age!!!

GoogleWe were not able to speak to anyone on the phone, so thought we would pop in in person. Was told they couldn't help in person either as they were out on calls (did not need to speak to anyone specific). Told we would get a call back. Never did. Tried phoning again, didn't answer. Just awful customer service.

GoogleWe had already had two Estate Agents and neither sold our property. Then along came Connells. All the staff were excellent, particular thanks to Molly who genuinely seemed so enthusiastic to be selling our home . The brochure was by far the best of any of the Estate Agents we used. Our buyer told us on one of his viewings that he hadn't intended to view our property but had been convinced by Molly to take a look and that he was so pleased she had done. When things were going a bit slowly during the sales process Connells were always on hand to chase up the solicitors and Sarah kept on top of everything. Would definitely recommend Connells for their enthusiasm and passion whilst selling our house.
