GoogleRude & arrogant if you are renting from them. They will also lie to you about the condition of the property you are about to move into, then allow cowboy builders to come fix electrical sockets even though they are not electricians. Also leave themselves 5 star reviews to make themselves appear better - Isn't that right Trevor Smith ;)

GoogleIf only there was a zero star option. Like most Letting/Estate Agents, happy to take a ridiculous amount in agent fees, costs, etc. but once you're in the property they don't care. After receiving a physical abuse threat from our Landlord, they wouldn't even step in and help us out - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

GoogleTook over 9 months to try and buy a flat, had to pull out in the end . Poor communications all around. Denied phone conversation, just a mess overall.

GoogleRude staff who try to claim too much of your deposit with ridiculous check-out expectations. Take them to the tenancy deposit scheme dispute resolution service (free) if they try to retain too much of your deposit. If your experience with these clowns is anything like mine, you'll win.
