GoogleWe had a great experience with Atwell Martin in Swindon. We just walked in and met Lianne Southby and told her what we needed. From there on in a very professional and friendly manner she proceeded to quickly and efficiently find us the right house for our family. I am happy to say we are happily settled in now. We really appreciate this and will definately go there again when we need to move or buy a house. Thank you Lianne😊😊😊

GoogleWe would definitely recommend Atwell Martin as your estate agent. We had a worry free, peaceful 2 years with them, they are very professional and such a lovely team. The communications were very clear and any maintenance requests were passed to the landlord the same day. They see to it that both landlord and tenants received the correct information. We would like to specially mention Daisy who was our go to person for any questions and we always received prompt response. We had a very positive experience throughout our tenancy period. Thank you Daisy and thank you team.

I chose Atwell Martin because they understand how to work with investors and customise the management service to their needs. Tom Smith the Letting Manager is super professional, going out to the property the same day. He had the property advertised online that day with a perfect description. He manage to get many viewing booked and property let within a week to a great tenant. Constantly giving me updates throughout. Recommend Atwell Martin highly!

They are so easy to deal with, have very high expectations for their clients and are always very fair. If I were looking for an estate agent for sales or lettings, I would use them without doubt. GoogleAtwell Martin have been first class estate agents, by being there whenever we needed assistance and reassurance during a very strange time in the housing market. Nikki was the first face we met and was brilliant along with the rest of the team. With their help we sold our house and the subsequent support from Hollie, who liaised between us and our buyers and our respective solicitors, was second to none (this was even commented upon by our buyers who said they would use Atwell Martin themselves in the future!).

GoogleTom has been excellent in helping me find a new flat to rent, with me due to relocate shortly from Cardiff. I've been renting for nearly 20 years and have had more horror stories than good experiences from agents. But Tom was friendly yet professional and quickly understood my needs, making it easier to recommend the best flat for me. He has made the process actually fun which I never expected to say about the usual stress of moving. I highly recommend Tom and Atwell Martin.

GoogleWhile my sale hasn't yet completed, I had the pleasure of meeting with a fantastic agent. I'll tell you my previous horror story with another estate agent in short - -- I previously was trying to complete a sale with another estate agent but they "forgot" to send me the purchase link. When I chased it the next day at 9am, they assured they would send it. When they didn't get back to me, I called them at 1pm that same day, and they said they had already had the property taken! I just wish they had got back to me, or had sent the application first time, and wouldn't have left me disappointed. Not only that but at my viewing I was rushed in and out of the property, no room for questions. I had to check my phone to be sure, it had only been 3 minutes. --- I wanted to provide this context because your agents at Atwell Martin were no where near that. They were approachable and personable, and helped me understand what it was I would need to rent my first flat. They also made reasonable adjustments for me I wouldn't have expected! It really changed my opinion of estate agents in general so thank you once again. Whether or not the letting is successful I wanted to let you know that I'm very happy with what you do.

Also I would like to mention Gemma who have completed my move-in easy. And especially my property manager Shannon who have been very helpful and understanding throughout my stay.
