GoogleI highly recommend Alan Hawkins to any potential buyer or renter. I rented a property from them and was very happy with the high level of service provided by them. Any problems I had where dealt with promptly and to the best standard. I also have numerous health difficulties and they have always managed to work around them and ensure I have to best/easiest outcome possible. Again thank you soo much to all staff

GoogleUnfortunately I have had to change my review of Alan Hawkins as they are only concerned about the landlord and themselves. They do not care about you as the tenant, it has been a very disappointing experience. I would not advise renting through them.
Good afternoon Mr Viranyi, thank you for your message/review. I am sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately we do have to return the property back to the original state that it was let in when handing back to the landlord. If damages occur during the rental period then this will unfortunately have an impact at the end and a claim will be made through the correct channels of the appointed deposit scheme.

Good communications are essential, so it's great that my communications are always responded to promptly. I selected Alan Hawkins, in the first instance, as they gave me the impression that they were the most professional of the estate agents that I approached; this impression has turned out to be correct. GoogleShocking service, Never return calls or keep you upto date on how things are proceeding, even claim to forget what they are ment to be doing. Feel sorry for sellers as they must be missing out.(or they are now in my case) Could it be cause they focus more on house sales than park homes due to commissions

Steve & Kevin are the perfect combination of friendly, supportive and professional. They know their profession, they support their Landlords (even those on a find a Tenant only service - unlike some Agents!) and they actually do what they say - again unlike some Agents! I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using their services in the future myself.

I brought a house with Alan Hawkins a few year ago. The sale of the house went very smoothly, the customer service I received was excellent. I then rented the house and Alan Hawkins have managed it from day one, once again a flawless service. They make being a landlord so much easier. Highly recommended

Dear Mr C. Thank you for your review and apologies you felt the need to leave us such a low rating. Although you are yet to receive your inventory, this does not reflect our overall service. As we complete all inventories in-house, due to unforeseen staff absences & during school holidays, regrettably the inventory has not be issued to you as quickly as we would usually hope but remains in hand and the document will still be with you within our specified time frame of twenty-eight days of your original completion date. You will still have fourteen days from receipt to check and sign the document before accepting the full condition. All images and description's are date stamped for legal and reference purposes.

I never had any problems with AH. They were always extremely supportive to any issues in my home over my 4 years as a client. The family were approachable with any queries. Had I not have moved to mortgaged home I would not have left Alan Hawkins. I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.
