We have visited many new builds mainly…

We have visited many new builds mainly in the Suffolk area but we found Hopkins homes to be one of our favourites.At St George’s park we met Katie White the senior sales consultant there. Katie led us through the site and explained all that we were eager to find out about, she was very knowledgeable, professional, truthful, helpful and very approachable. Our first visit there led to many others where we were struggling to make a decision, however Katie was more than patient with us and we are happy to say we have now made a purchase that we are very excited about.The communication and feed back was always speedy which also helped when needing to make important decisions.The only disappointment was because the house had already met a certain build level we were unable to choose our own fixtures and fittings but again Katie did her best to help with this a far as she could. At this point we are very impressed with the site as a whole including the layout and quality and hope that the build will progress for our sales competition in June.

We purchased our new house in Needham, St George’s Park. Katie was brilliant when purchasing the house, communication throughout was perfect, nothing was too much of an ask. Once we got the keys, earlier than expected, Lukas was so easy to deal with. Any small issue that we had was resolved very promptly. Id highly recommend Katie and Lukas along with hopkins homes. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family. We have the perfect house.

Fantastic team and house

We purchased a home on the St Georges Park development in Needham Market a few months ago. We have been so pleased with both our new home and the Hopkins team onsite that we have dealt with (Katie & Lukas). The level of service both pre and post purchase that we received from Katie was outstanding. She regularly went above and beyond to accommodate or queries and requests and nothing was too much effort, she has been fantastic. The same can be said for Lukas, he has been brilliant answering any questions we have had and has also gone out of his way to male sure we are happy. As for the the house, we absolutely love it and have had no issues what so ever. We are very happy and glad we made this move.

Continually having to chase the team, and tradespeople are either not showing up, or not completing the work to a satisfactory standard, so we need multiple visits to clear any problems.We also haven't been given any timeline for when issues are going to be resolved and not informed of when tradespeople will show up.

We chose the Hopkins Homes development for a number of reasons.. The design of the property we bought. The ability to choose fixtures and fittings within the property.. The price of the property and value for money.. The location of the development was what we were looking for, on the edge of a small town, within walking distance of local amenities and close to the coast.The Hopkins Homes team were very helpful throughout the buying process. On completion and occupation of our property, the on site team have been great. Any snagging issues listed by us during the first three weeks, we're dealt with very quickly. Inparticular, the Deputy Site Manager John, has been exceptional with support, help and advice throughout.Thankyou Tanya & Jeff.

Moving to The Elms

So glad to have been given a home demo prior to moving into my new home. This ensured that things that had been overlooked in the snagging process could be rectified before the moving day - and they were! Jason, the Sales Consultant, has been charming and most helpful throughout the purchasing process. Nothing was too much trouble, and the thing that really impressed me was that he remembered everyone's name. Although not at work on the day of completion, he was quick to make contact over the following days to ensure I was happy and that the house was functioning as it should.
