GoogleI highly recommend Sullivans estate agents. They are very knowledgeable and gave me an honest evaluation on my property and not over estimating just to get me to go with them like some others Tried. I'd rather get an honest evaluation and sell my house rather than it sitting on the market for months and months and having to drop the price anyway...... They were professional and kept me up to date with the whole process. Sold my house in no time. I'm very pleased with them.

Nothing was ever too much trouble with Sam and made us feel as if we were the only people she was dealing with as every call, text, email was always responded to as soon as possible. GoogleJust a bit rude really. Made an enquiry to view a house and when they realised our house wasn’t on the market nor did we want a valuation from them at that time, they did not allow us to make an appointment to view. That’s not even the issue; the issue was how the woman’s attitude changed on the end of the phone and she just hung up. Won’t be using them for any further business and would urge others to use a more customer focused estate agent.
Hi Natasha, we do deal with rude people all the time and unfortunately we do have to reject viewings from people who are clearly wasting our clients time. We are working for our sellers and need to make sure viewings are available for people who are serious about moving.

GoogleKept waiting days for an answer on my offer. Finally tell me it’s been accepted and that the sellers keen with me being a first time buyer, just to do more viewings and sell to someone else without giving me the opportunity to up my offer. Had every opportunity to say they weren’t happy with my offer and potentially increase it but no. Companies like this are the reason first time buyers struggle to get onto the ladder. All nice at the viewing and on the phone but different via email when moneys involved. Won’t buy a property being sold via this agency.

GooglePurchased our first home and become proud first home owners as of last week. Sam helped us and was very supportive throughout the way. We had few bumps as legal documentation took quite some time due the back logs etc. But Sam from Sullivans was there to show her support and chased solicitors from both sides to speed up the progress even though that wasn't part of her role. She went over and beyond in this purchase. She is one of the best estate agents out there. I wish her the very best and success in all her present and future deals.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience with Steve. Our first and hopefully only family home is finally ours. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we had from Steve- nothing was too much trouble - even extra viewings to accommodate our learning-disabled, autistic son’s needs to familiarise slowly with his new home. GoogleWouldn't recommend. The only word I can use to describe would be Unprofessional. The way I was spoken to in a viewing was rude. One comment included “Let’s be honest you view all the houses that come on the market”. This happens when you’re looking to purchase a house you do view many houses. Total opposite to other estate agents who have gone above and beyond to help me.
I am sorry your offer wasn't the best of the 9 we received Hannah, but it doesn't really warrant a 1 star review.

GoogleFantastic service. Our house had been for sale with another reputable estate agents with no luck of selling. It went up for sale with Sullivans on Sunday morning and was sold by Monday evening. Sarah and Sam did weekend and evening viewings and kept excellent contact with us throughout. I have already recommended to others. We really can’t thank you or recommend you enough 👌

GoogleThey never answer the phone and when they do they are rude and short. I feel sorry for whoever is trying to sell their house with this company.
