I recently worked with Sullivans Estate Agents during the purchase of a new home. During the initial phase of the purchase Sam and her team were really helpful and easy to deal with. The house was in the middle of a long chain which made for a very complicated situation towards the end of the purchase cycle. Sullivans Estate Agents took charge of the whole chain and managed to get things done where others had failed, calling other estate agents, solicitors and vendors in order to make it all happen. I was absolutely delighted with the service and would highly recommend Sullivans to anybody buying or selling a home.

Viewed and bought our first home with Steve, fantastic estate agent. Steve was very welcoming, his professionalism was second to none. Steve made us feel at ease as we were both first time buyers he really knew his stuff we didn't feel rushed when viewing the house he made sure we viewed everything. Steve was always on hand to answer any questions we had and even when everything had completed he's messaged to check in just to make sure we have settled in ok and if there was anything else he could help us with. Hayley met us at the property for our first viewing, she was brilliant from beginning to end, and no question was too much trouble, so much so we fell in love with the house and made an offer that evening… fast forward to today and we officially met Hayley for the last time to get the keys for our forever home.
