Sam was recommended to me. Sam is a great person and great at what she does and knows the market and I'm glad to have trusted the marketing strategy with offers over as she recommended. I had multiple offers as predicted and sold for more than I was expecting. We had thirteen viewings on one day another six the next day. Sam worked her magic. The only thing I wish I did different was to use Sams recommended solicitor. Sharon was great dealing with queries and I would highly recommend the Sullivans team for anything property related.

Sam and team were all professional, informative and helpful. If it wasn’t for Sam herself my house would have been put up for Auction ( it was never an auction property) thanks to Sam I was saved from that error! Steve was my named estate agent for the sale of my house and he was fantastic. The move ended up taking a long time and there were alot of complications with the forward chain. Steve was always the voice of reason and always so calm and reassuring. He always explained things in layman's terms so I could understand the process. What can I say ! The process of selling our Mam's house was made extremely easy by Samantha, Sharon & the team. Sam & Sharon are EXTREMELY friendly, knowledgeable, professional & helpful. Within hours of us instructing Sam to sell the house she had organised an "open house" & had several potential buyers booked in to view it. If we had any queries, the reply was immediate & very helpful. Sam also set up a WhatsApp group which was really helpful to convey any news/ information They price we agreed to sell the property at seemed very fair & we had 5 offers from the open house. This has resulted in us selling the house with not much effort from us. In saying that, I'm sure the team has worked hard in the background. Sullivans have been a major help with a number of difficult house sales and now lettings over the last few years. After continuous bad experiences with counterparties in property investment, it was a great feeling to finally have an ally in property I could fully depend on and trust. Sam continuously took the initiative to take care of all aspects of sales, lettings and wider support including helping deal with issues way beyond the call of duty. I instructed Sullivans in April 2025 while heavily pregnant and removed the property from the market in July 2025 shortly after giving birth, so clear communication was especially important. While my experience started positively, communication deteriorated towards the end of the process. Following my decision to relist with another agent, I received correspondence that I found unnecessarily aggressive in tone and which contained information that did not match my understanding of events. When I requested clarification, I did not receive a response. The experience left a sour taste and I would not use Sullivans again. Update in response: As stated in response to your email (which was ignored) viewing was not ever confirmed or booked in for the final viewing (as per the screenshot I sent in my email). Your statement that anything was cancelled is untrue. I was not obligated to share what happened next as I was out of contract with you. Thanks 😊

We sold our house with Sullivans; however Sam told us that we are “disgusting”after chasing her for an update after a viewing. From her point of view she sold the house, and that was her job done. Sharon was lovely on the phone when she called us to update us. The 1 star is purely for Sam’s service. And don’t forget no matter what is the situation as long as your customer is not insulting you and is only asking some questions and you are insulting them you should be out of any industry which involves customer service.

I would 100% recommend Sullivan's Sales and Lettings. We were in a time crunch selling our house as an opportunity to purchase in an area we wanted caught us off guard. I am a pensioner , and put my home on the market with Sullivans. I had a terrible family tragedy and had to pull out of a sale, and Sullivans are trying to make me pay the whole commission fee - of several thousand pounds - which I don't have, even though the house was not sold. I am devastated. I should have known better, they were unprofessional right from the start, bad mouthing all the other estate agents - especially Peter Francis. They have threatened to take me to court, I now cannot sleep with worry about my partner who is in critical care AND the estate agents bill which I cannot pay. I feel my world has come crashing down Please think twice before using this firm - Read the small print, they are unscrupulous. You gave a 'price reduction' of £200 - that still leaves me with a bill of £3,500 which I cannot pay. i do not have much disposable income and a 'payment plan' is likely to cripple me financially. Other estate agents do NOT have this clause. I think its immoral.

I was at the point of giving up in finding a suitable home and was actually going to cancel my appointment I made with Sarah. For some reason I went to meet her to view the property anyway. And I'm happy I did as that day I finally found the home I wanted to live in. . . my first ever purchased home! Such a smooth stress free experience selling with Sam. Not only was Sam easily contactable, she was on the ball with absolutely everything. Making sure the buyers to view were quality leads as there were lots of enquiries. She arranged an 'open' house and sold from just one day of viewings - we had a newborn at the time, so this was incredibly helpful as we went out for the day and left her to it. She recommended a solicitor too who I've never dealt with one who actually returns calls and chases things up without being prompted, what a breath of fresh air.
