GoogleWould highly recommend Anthony Martin Swanscombe Estate Agent. We were kept updated every step of the way on the property we purchased which was very reassuring. As the buyer we were particularly impressed with Lisa who was so helpful and was constantly following up for us and just made the process so much easier. A big Thank you to both Lisa and Lee. GoogleWhat a fantastic team at Anthony Martin, so helpful, even when it didn’t seem like selling my house was going smoothly. The stand out member of the team is without any doubt Tan. He has everything you would hope for in an estate agent, honesty, integrity, respect, so much so that a downside of selling my house is that I no longer get to talk to Tan who is a thoroughly top gent! Thanks to all the team for helping me sell the house, and I thoroughly recommend them to sell a house for anyone.

GoogleHaving requested Anthony Martin at the Swanscombe office to carry out a valuation on an investment property we owned, we were very pleased with their market appraisal and suggested sales strategy, so agreed to sell through them. Through their extensive contacts, we were able to secure a very good offer within a matter of days and solicitors were instructed. Unfortunately there were problems with our tenants vacating, resulting in unnecessary delays which could have caused the sale to fall through, however, through skilful negotiating, the branch manager Danielle Bothwell, successfully kept the buyers on board and the sale went through as originally agreed. They have extensive knowledge of the local market, are professional in their approach, whilst still being very friendly to deal with and very good at keeping you well informed throughout the process. Tan and Lee are total gents and managed to do what other local agents couldn't !!they sold my house in less than 8 weeks in a very challenging market .. a breath of fresh air .. give them a go .. thank you ! GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Danielle, Lee and Tan at Anthony Martin in Swanscombe. They recently sold a property for me and everything from the professional photographs to the viewings right through to the sale process itself went smoothly and moved quickly thanks to them. GoogleThe estate agent took us to see a house which smelled like an an absolute pig sty, it was disgusting. The place was filthy and a completely overgrown garden. Clearly this company is not ashamed to market a house like this. Completely wasted …

If you have a dream of buying your first house, never look for this agency, we wasted 4 months waiting for the process, which, by the way, was carried out by the solicitors they recommended, and in the end, the house was completely outside the standards to be sold. How does an agency accept an irregular property like this? We wasted our time, money and we had to re-mortgage with an even higher interest rate.

FacebookAnthony Martin is one of the worst agencies ever. They’ve treated a family member of mine with such disrespect. He had an issue with the flat he was renting..it’s been a year and the problem is still not fixed and Anthony Martin refuses to take responsibility or resolve the issue! A year......what kind of service is this that goes against every tenant right? Absolutely disgraceful!!

GoogleI recently sold my house in February 23 and the service I received was outstanding. Anthony Martin were very friendly and always happy to help with any enquiries that I had and kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing. Nothing was ever to much for them to deal with and were always at the end of the phone if I needed anything. I would highly recommend them

GoogleCant thank everyone at Anthony Martin enough for selling my 2 homes quickly, brilliant communication at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When purchasing my new home I had regular updates from them before my solicitor called. Wouldnt have been able to get my dream home without them.
