I would strongly advise people to think carefully before renting through Anthony Martins. In my experience, serious concerns raised by local residents about tenant behaviour were ignored or dismissed rather than properly addressed.

Lee really helped us with our offer on the place we were buying through them. The whole process was really easy and quick. After much disappointment trying to sell my house with other local agents .Tan and Lee demonstrated a real sense of professionalism and tenacity.I did my own viewings out of choice but they quickly them followed up and finally produced the right buyer in a very timely manner .Both chaps are incredibly easy to deal with and are real gents showing the rest how to do business!! FacebookChloe has been our point person since we signed our tenancy and has been extremely helpful always responding to us promptly and keeping us updated on any issues or with information we have asked for. We had a leak in the bathroom which Chloe ensured was dealt with as quickly as possible, just a few days after we raised the issue. Since the beginning of the tenancy everything has gone smoothly and all interactions with Anthony Martin have been pleasant and efficient.

GoogleHI All, Disappointment. Despite having received confirmation that we definitely secured the house, they canceled the process. As a result, I lost the other rental option I had. Even though they didn't provide any information about the deposit, they informed me that I didn't pass the financial check and didn't refund any of the deposits I had paid. I cut my vacation short and returned to the UK to complete this process, and since I've returned, I've still been looking for a house because of the agency. I've been trying to get my deposits back for about 10 days and haven't even received a response.
