GoogleThe sales/negotiating team are great, but once they've sold the house and it changes hands that's where it stops. We decided to do the viewings after seeing lots of people touching our stuff and the company not adhering to the covid rules with viewings only to serious buyers etc. Our buyers wanted to negotiate us leaving the white goods in the house, we said "no they are for sale, not for free", it was left at that but a couple of times the agent said "you're already leaving your white goods what more do they want" and I kept correcting that we were not leaving them. We weren't made aware that they had been told "ok", until exchange, and by then it's too late to do anything. £1200 out of pocket to replace the white goods we had to leave. I submitted a complaint and it got forwarded around and then ignored, so I sent another 2 weeks later. I just got a "sorry you felt like we didn't communicate enough but it's up to you to check" and passing the blame onto the solicitors. Outrageous. Not worth the 1% fee. The same person even called me (the vendor) mistaking me for the buyer, talking about renegotiating the price after the house survey, and in one call even started asking me how my mum died, I was just gobsmacked. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these agents to anyone in the area.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

We were very impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, informative and objective her help was; she genuinely gave us advice in our interest rather than simply trying to get a quick sale for herself. Laine came very well prepared for the meeting and had done plenty of research about our property- even downloading planning permission details about our property and advising us about the best way forward. GoogleI do not normally do reviews; however, I do make exceptions, when I receive really good customer service and that’s why I am writing one for Robinson Jackson @ Swanley. They helped me get the home I wanted and assisted me along the path, I had never travelled before. All the staff were very knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nice cup of tea on a recent visit to the office!! I would highly recommend these agents to any of my friends who are thinking of buying. Top class service.

GoogleI’d like to give a big thank you To all of the staff at Swanley. They have made selling our house a breeze. It sold within the first week of being put on the market. After the offer was made they have kept us fully informed regarding our sale also thanks to them we will be moved and in our new house before Christmas all I can say is if you live in the local area and want to sell your house you won’t be disappointed with the level of service you will receive.

GoogleAs a first time buyer its always scary of the unknown when purchasing a first home, whilst we found a house through an online estate agent Josh at Robinson and Jackson was extremely professional and answered all our questions with honesty and provided us with much clarity. He listened to our needs and was understanding of our requirements. The properties they had available wasn't what we wanted but he made it a positive experience for us. I would recommend viewing through him and speaking with him about your specific requirements.

GoogleGreat saleman, awful estate agent This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them. Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong! They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly to try and get a response about people who had been to see our house. It took nearly 2 and a half months and we hardly had any viewings. The company just didn't care about anything to do with the property as long as they sold it. Matt also gave us rubbish about 'you will have me as a point of contact', didn't hear from him again..... Once the house was sold officially I think in November we did not hear from Robinson and Jackson again until around Feb time, they gave us no updates on the sale, no information about how the chain was doing, nothing. We thought this all came through the solicitor until we received a call from Village Estates in Sidcup (for another part of the chain). Village Estates contacted us regularly with an update and gave us everything we needed. After receiving a call from the manager at R&J we were told in Feb that the lady dealing with our after sales was Jackie, to which we replied 'who?'. They were supposedly meant to have contacted us every week, given us updates, let us know how things were progressing but we'd had nothing. Still after everything we have only heard from the company once or twice since we have accepted the price. Be warned, if you want service don't go with Robinson And Jackson Swanley, incompetent, lazy, money grabbing salesmen. If you want your house only to be sold and you don't care about service, go to an online one. If you want to sell your house, constantly have to chase up your estate agent, pay over the odds in comparable to the service you get and then get absolutely no contact for months because they have got you an acceptable offer, go to Robinson & Jackson in Swanley, they would be perfect for you
