GoogleI chose Robinson and Jackson from other quotes I was given because although they were not the cheapest they were the most honest in their calculation of their fees ( including vat and other hidden costs). Matt got the process rolling and was very clear in his explanation of what happens. When the process appeared to stall, Michelle Branch manager got things back on track and kept me in the loop with communications , Gemma also calmed me when I rang a bit anxious on occasions. The only difficulty I found was when the process was handed on to the forwarding team at a different branch. I prefer to deal with people I've met and I would of preferred for the sale to continue within the branch I chose. In the end Michelle in swanley branch did oversee the sale to completion and I'm very grateful for that. Thankyou to all at Robinson and jackson
