I cannot praise Brookbanks in general and Richard in particular for such an amazing service. Estate Agents often carry a bad reputation but my experience of dealing with Richard has been completely positive. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to support the sale of my property, I much prefer to deal with an independent agency that has such thorough knowledge of the local area and builds up relationships with its clients. This is the second time I have used Brookbanks and I would not consider using anyone else.

We have just moved into our lovely new home purchased through Btookbanks, we dealt with Ben and Richard and were extremely satisfied with there service, they were always pleasant, helpful and kept us up to date. We previously tried to purchase a house from the other local estate agents who litterially didn't even call us to tell us our asking price offer hadn't been accepted! We would definatley highly recommend Brooksbank to anyone looking to purchase a property

I had the worst experience ever with this agency. I called for a viewing on the same day the property was advertised and I was told they aren’t based close to the area so they will call me back to arrange a viewing. While I was waiting for a call back, to my surprise the house went under offer - I wonder whose offer was accepted??!!

Would highly recommend Brookbanks for handling your house sale/purchase in the Swanley area. From the initial house valuation for probate, they proactively sought to promote the property, finding a buyer without the house having to go on the open-market. Absolutely awful service. Both myself and my partner have called this estate agency multiple times and left voicemails. We spoke with a woman first about viewing a property we were really keen on, and she said she would call us back to organise a viewing. HEARD NOTHING. Called again, spoke to another lady who apologised for her colleague not calling us back, and said she would call us back with a viewing date. HEARD NOTHING. Continued to call with no success leaving voicemails. Finally a man called us back who again apologised for the lack of communication and booked us in to view the desired property tomorrow, and informed me he would email me and my partner the address along with all details. I gave them the weekend and received no email (shock), so I rang today to confirm our viewing for tomorrow and asked them why I hadn't received details of our booked viewing, to a woman who says the property has been SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! She said she would call me back just to confirm that this was the case, and guess what, NOTHING! Absolutely useless estate agents and very untrustworthy, would not trust you to deal with my property. We have spoken with various other estate agencies for other properties who are much better, haven't had to chase them once. Very disappointing, avoid!
