We were lucky enough to meet Richard when we were viewing a property on his books, his professionalism was clear to see. He was so good we switched estate agents as we had every confidence he would sell our property for us, and believe me he never did anything to encourage us to switch, his style in selling a property was what won us over - and importantly he would be honest with us along the way which he was every step of the way. We never felt like we were being fobbed off or given the usual estate agent chat. He was realistic about the asking price for our property not inflating the price, just to make us happy. The result - people through the door and a sale! On the sale of our house, Brockbank's never dropped the ball, meaning our sale went smoothly. I've recently just finished the process of buying and selling through Brookbanks. This was the first time of doing so with an Estate Agents and I would recommend Brookbanks immediately - from start to finish they were friendly, informative and kept us up to date with all we needed to know. We saw the listing of the house we bought in August, even though we were not on the market, we were able to view the house the next day, and a week later our flat was on the market, and we accepted an offer not even another week later. A massive thank you to Richard, Karen and Becky for their outstanding professionalism, and to the wider Brookbanks team for chipping in whenever needed.

We purchased through Richard/Becky before, so we thought they would be ideal when it came to selling the property along with their knowledge of the area and market. Although it took longer than expected, that wasn’t through any fault of Brookbanks just the solicitors and usual lazy management company! Karen was amazing with weekly calls to let us have a progress report and chasing where needed. Having worked for an estate agent I know how stressful it becomes but these guys were calm and got the job done. I would recommend them. Well done and thanks again.

If it wasn't for Becky & Richard from Brooksbanks, I would have lost my mind - and our first dream home. Although we dealt with difficult solicitors, Richard and Becky guided us through the entire process, directed us how to get the most from stubborn lawyers and what and when to chase up. I used Brookbanks 3 years ago and was happy with their service. I did leave a review then, but it wouldn't let me leave a second review, so I've deleted that and putting a new up to date review. I'll post my old words at the bottom of this review. Had a great 5 star service from Karen. Was always friendly and on top of things. My only issues were the girl (I think Becky?) doing my viewings was repeatedly late and often potential buyers were waiting for her. Secondly, they recommended Apex Law as a solicitor for my sale and it wasn't great service. Thanks Brookbanks! Recommended! Old 5 star review left 3 years ago: Brookbanks have restored my faith about Estate Agents. We bought with Brookbanks and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Considering the issues I had with the Estate Agents selling my property it was nice to have one side of the process being on the ball. Thanks to Ben in particular who dealt with us. I would highly recommend and although we are in our forever home. If we did ever need an Estate Agent we would not hesitate to use Brookbanks. Thanks guys!

As a team Richard and Becky were the dream team. A very personal service and not made to feel like a number. Nothing was ever to much! Pre sale Richard was very flexible and accommodating of viewings. We had some delays due to the buyers solicitor but none of which was in our control.
