GoogleHGH have been fantastic throughout the entire process and regularly kept us up to date on progress via email and phone. Mark Cornell showed us around our new house with enthusiasm and in a very professional manner. He was then particularly helpful in getting everyone in the chain to agree a completion date and push exchange through after some challenges further down the chain.

GoogleI asked them 1 month ago to send me details of a property that had a for sale board up but was not on rightmove and I'm still waiting for it ! I've bought something else now . They're not very pro active, didn't even follow up my request for details with a call to see if I was interested , so if you want to sell your house I suggest you go else where !

GoogleHGH are brilliant. I visited last week to register my details as I’m looking for a property to purchase. I sat with Beth, she went over all available stock that would be a good fit for me and since has contacted me with what has felt like exclusive access as she has other properties coming to the market. Surprisingly, off of Beth’s referral for me to speak with igloo mortgages, I found out I can actually borrow considerable more than I initially thought at a brilliant interest rate too!

GoogleThank you Josh, Jackie and all the team for supporting us so well during our purchase. Knowing estate agents are usually only interested in their vendors' needs it was amazing to be shown such courtesy, interest and care. Nothing was too much trouble. It may have taken 15 months to find the right House but from our initial viewings with Jacky to the one we bought with Josh their professionalism never wavered. The support continues as we ask for help with local information being newbies in town. Thank you all.

We speak from experience they sold our bungalow in Swanage and the first buyer could not go ahead, within hours Josh had another buying and all went well. GoogleTwo estate agents in one town, one the best I've ever used and one the worst. I understand that an estate agent in a pretty seaside town may get fed up of tourists asking questions, but their attitude was appalling. I was genuinely looking for a property here and after trying twice to get help from Oliver Miles I gave up. They weren't helpful, ignored us when we went into the store, passed us from one person to the other (and back) and didn't really know what was available. I am very pleased to say I have now moved here, but not as a result of Oliver Miles. Final thought What do you call a man who sells impossible houses? GoogleThese guys did a great job from showing us round several different flats in Swanage to keeping me in the loop over the 3 months or so that it took for the solicitors to do solicitory things and we got the keys, they are a great team, all friendly and professional - 10/10 from us

GoogleAlthough eventually I found a property to purchase through another company, it was not for want of Josh trying on my behalf. I am writing this review because I would highly recommend Josh's services, he works really hard and will go the extra mile to try and find you just the property that you want. Unfortunately for me there were very few properties coming available when I was looking.
