GoogleMark, Sam, Jasmine, and the team have been absolutely wonderful. In a time when the market was flat as a pancake they advised me well and got 2 offers on my flat within 2 weeks! Not only that, they kept myself and my buyers fully informed every step of the process and chased all the solicitors in the chain to make sure the sale went through as swiftly as possible. Very professional and friendly team (and they have treats in the office so my dog gives them 5 stars too!)

GoogleA good while ago, we considered selling our house in swanage. After a tentative visit to HGH their professionalism was apparent. We then went ahead all the staff were amazing. The gentleman whom took most perspective around was Harry East. Nothing was too much trouble, he reported back all but immediately by phone and e mail. A true addition to the lovely staff of HGH.

GoogleI really cannot thank the team at HGH enough for all their support and hard work while selling my house. GoogleMark and Sam (plus their team) were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive and kept us up to date throughout our purchase. They fought our corner with the other sides solictors where needed and seemed genuinely keen to help. We also came into contact with Mark when we were involved in a “best and final offers” situation during a previous attempted purchase. We were impressed by the tactful way Mark dealt with the situation as we were not successful in that purchase. ( it turned at it was for the best as we then found a more appropriate property that met our needs much better.) They clearly genuinely care about their customers and even gave us a bottle of wine as we collected our keys! Thankyou !!! 🥂🍾🏡

GoogleAs I live a couple of hours away from my property in Swanage, I decided that I would use a letting Agent, being HGH Estate and Lettings. I found the staff very friendly and helpful going through the process of the contract etc. I already had a tenant who was looking to move, yet remain in Swanage, so this was a win win situation. For me it has been stress free and very easy with HGH sending updates and communications to date. Thank you HGH
