Over the short period of time that I had the property on the market I was delighted with the service I received from Ward's. We recently changed over to wards from a different estate agents, and we have had the up most best experience with wards!. From the get go of the change over we have had the best communication with our property manager Nikki Cullen. She has gone above and beyond to help and deal with issues we had been hit with, she really does her job plus more to help get things done and sorted. Especially with the issues that came with the property we lived in (no fault of wards at all, was a property they took over). Fantastic team in Hythe Kent

During a very long and stressful house hunting period, Wards stood out from all the other agents in Hythe and the surrounding areas.They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all, very kind and compassionate. I felt that they were genuinely trying to help me with a difficult search and they pulled out all the stops.The branch is very well run by little Mark who clearly has great leadership skills. Big Mark was amazing at helping me secure a property at a very fair price. Darren was always friendly and helpful.
