GoogleWe chose Quealy & Co as they are a well established agent in the area. Dee visited the property and was honest with his appraisal and valuation. From then on after instruction we have been impressed with every member of the team throughout the whole process and communication has been excellent.

GoogleMust be the hardest working estate agents in Sittingbourne I chose Quealy and one other well known agent. I had 18 viewings two 2nd viewings two offers one of which I accepted after Quealy negotiated. The other agent got two viewings and no offers.

GoogleUncompetition agency, uncompetition team!! Veeery poorly qualifications!!! Not interest in potential customers. Take 300GBP for checking references and 3 weeks nobody answer! after 3weeks when i calling to this agency i hearing; Sorry, this house is rent now!! 300GBP GONE! NOT RECOMMENDED.

YellPoor letting service
SLOW! As a letting agent they do not seem bothered to provide a service, but will happily collect their fee. Too laid back & need to be chased for answers constantly.
