Miles & Barr were fantastic from start to finish. This was all down to the wonderful Louise Daly. She was so helpful when I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, professional and assertive, yet so friendly and kind. I would recommend her and the company in a heart beat.

Disgraceful firm, no care for tenants, no repair work carried out. They will leave you in a damp mouldy house with leaking roofs without any care in the world. All this with 4 kids In the house. Avoid at all costs

From the first communication to the completion of the rental agreement the service was excellent.Jake who showed us around was knowledgeable, polite & friendly. Anna who dealt with us after the viewing was fantastic, getting a few issues sorted quickly & professionally. Miles and Barr are extremely slow in putting forward offers., They use a different team for this and an offer can take anything up to a couple of days. I as a buyer haven’t got time to wait in a market like this as you risk loading other properties. I would not use them to buy, sell or rent as their tenants also aren’t vetted thourghly.
