I just want to say that I am absolutely impressed and satisfied and speechless at the customer service expertise of Meghan and Lewis at the Wolverhampton branch they have been two wonderful people and I would say that the management as a whole, these two staffs have been great in renting a property, I have been to lots of agencies but the moment I walked into Connels it was like home and all problems solved and we are still in the process of securing the property and I would like the agency to appreciate Meghan and Lewis

Tenancy stated no dogs. However, they rented the property to someone with a spaniel. The dog has howled all day, every day for over a year! The 2 agents I've spoken with couldnt care less! It’s extremely distressing to hear and IVE HAD ENOUGH!!!! They clearly don’t manage the properties very well. *Its been reported to the LocalAuthority

Absolute shambles of a company been chasing out deposit down for weeks now they are always excuses as to why this hasn’t been done. Always people promising to chase things up and contact us and they never do! Always told you will hear something in a week that’s now been going on for nearly two months! Quick to take money yet not quick to give you what’s yours back!

I saw a property that I was looking to buy. The agent booked an appointment ten days after, I called again asking him to find an earlier appointment, he just couldn't/ wouldn't (I think it was an excuse). Then the day of the appointment he called me to say that the house was sold. To me this was a ruse. They used my appointment as a way to pressure the other viewers to make an offer and that is why they wouldn't accomodate me earlier. Plus I got a call from another agent in their premises (a couple of days after I made the initial appointment) that left me a message that she wanted to talk about the property. I called them repeatedly, she was always busy, and never called back. The level of unprofessionalism was outstanding with this agency.

Lots of phone calls and voicemails after asking for email only contact.They booked in an appointment after I only an asked about available times, and without bothering to check it worked for me.Ignored my email telling them I didn't book an appointment, and still sent a man to my house...Signed me up for an account, despite me NEVER requesting, and never booking an appointment.The guy who showed up was nice enough, but the "Oh that's Head Office, I'm based locally" excuse doesn't fill me with faith. Then seeing all these reviews confirms that this doesn't seem to be a one off.Estate Agents in the 80's had better reputations.

I've got really bad experience with them.The agency in town centre in Peterborough is really bad.They don't even believe you if you call them about some problems in the property, they shout on you because they think that the right and also they don't want to give you the number to area menager (for complaints).That's so rude !!!

What can I say spoke to a young lady from this company this afternoon seemed very nice to start off with when I stated I've got a shared ownership and I own 80% .I explain but I'm not sold property for over six years . I felt from the young ladies conversation at the end but I would not want them to come in my property because they stated to me on the phone why would a share and ship property they don't normally sell you have to get permission off them I completely understand that because I've been shared ownership since I was 21 years old and I don't have a mortgage I've just brought over the time of years.I even stated how much I was looking for where the funds were coming from and everything then they stated on the phone that I can't find details that the property's been sold I brought this property in may 2015 I double check myself when I got off the phone I felt the conversation with the young lady I'm a very polite person but I felt with the situation I didn't want them in my property and I couldn't give a damn if I didn't sell it I'm very happy in my property but my family's got bigger like I stated from that situation within 10 minutes I decided that I did not want to do business with this people I'm trying to work this out because I'm very late back I run two businesses and I'm not from Grantham. All I was looking for was advice on what my property was worth if I'd buy outright or I would go to the shared ownership to find the right valuation I do know people in that department to find that situation but when somebody dictates to me on how a shared ownership works when I know more information what they do I thought it was quite rude on the way she spoke to me anyway I was very polite to cancel the appointment not to weigh their time but I would not go for a property with this company if I found a property I liked with this company I would politely write to the owners buy a letter saying I'd like to buy your property I'm very old fashioned I'm from a different area completely I would not normally put things like this but I feel that I've had to tonight because I felt that I did not want them in my property to give me a valuation that's really bad

Avoid. If there was a zero rating I’d put that.Signed with them to sell my house in July 21, agreed a sale, heard nothing from them for 6 months, pulled my house from them and went with another company, sold and completed In 10 weeks.Come to buy a property and it happened to be listed with them, put offers in, didn’t hear anything so I called their office (St Budeaux Plymouth) and was promised the “sales negotiator Tyler ” would call me……I’m still waiting for that call. Meanwhile I check on their website to find the house I was bidding on was STC, WTH!!Absolute S**t show of a company. Again avoid.

Rubbish service and experience from start to finish! This company only want your money! They lie and don’t tell you the full picture when purchasing a property , we were told lies and seller was told other lies . They did not make the seller aware of our offer we had put in .They said no more viewings on property but would still do more , they lie a lot and twist words. .They do not call and update often and are not helpful at all in the slightest when you ring up. Staff members were shocking and not helpful at all.Would never recommend or use them again in the future!

If you want 10 month rent arrears, no help with eviction, no help to access your property (which was left empty for 4 months), lost management keys, and then 'attempt' to reclaim tenants deposit then go to this agency.one of the worst I have come across in a long time.senior management in this firm needs to changed

Ashford branch Very appalling services when attending to get help and yet many rented properties advertised on there window and website yet to be told they have all be taken and not available,when I asked why it has not been taken down the person stated they didn’t have time and when I asked if they had anything they said no but yet they took my details . But their expression clearly showed they did not want to help me and one of their employees were showing an expression of aggressive look towards me by looking at me that way which made me feel uncomfortable. What kind of service is this if you can’t be treated equally I have a disabled mother who attended with me yet they were not willing to help . How can I get a rented property fairly if no one wants to help?

155 Branches thousands of properties - hopeless customer service!Raised a complaint back in September 2023, and despite having raised this matter with the Group Managing Director Lettings, I still haven’t had anybody actually contact me to deal with this problem. Now call me old fashioned, but I would have thought that when this matter is raised with someone in his position, somebody ought to actually do something!!!

If you want to sell your house please don’t use this company. We have tried 2x to see a property. The first the vender cancelled the second time we were told the day we wanted to visit, they couldn’t because it’s office day and they aren’t allowed to do viewings. It’s a 2 hour drive for us and we have to get a few booked for the day to make it worthwhile driving. Unfortunately they just lost a potential buyer for a house that has been on the market a while. What a stupid non viable rule!

Absolute waste of space, wouldn't even give them one star. Had an offer accepted on the condition that we used their mortgage services. We were told that we were under no obligation to use them. We called the morning after explaining that we would be using our own advisor, to which they replied that another person has offered to buy the property. We know that this is completely untrue. When calling the estate agents to discuss the situation, I was cut off mid-phone call. Absolutely atrocious, please don't ever give your time to them as a vendor and definitely not as someone trying to buy a property. Completely gutted and feel utterly deceived and bullied.

I was about to write this comment and realised people said the same. God knows how they are renting or selling properties. I called 50 times, different times and different days and no one ever picks up the phone. Estate agents are a joke in this country!Keep your dirty houses then, I will take my money elsewhere.

Awful letting agent!! We've had no end of problems with the house we live in and have lived in for the past 4 years.Firstly the kitchen cupboard fell off the hinges with everything falling on top of me, when we have a 2 year old because the right hinges weren't used. Then we've had mould in the property that's been reported for months along with a built in wardrobe they can never get in contact with the landlady, who also sends out her partner to every repair ever needing doing when he's only a qualified electrician there's so many legal things that they violate.Now our downstairs radiators aren't working but upstairs is, along with already reporting that we don't get hot water through it comes through Luke warm.Back onto them again tomorrow!!!!
