GoogleWe're about to move into a property rented through Newkeys4me and have been so impressed with the whole process, everything has been fuss free and efficient. Jamie has been a pleasure to deal with, professional yet personable and has gone above and beyond for us. It's very clear that they actually care about their customers and providing a quality service, they don't just want your money like many other estate agents. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

GoogleJamie and the team have assisted me and my elderly parents with an incredibly difficult move. They have guided us through various issues, ranging from uncommunicative solicitors to pressure and poor behaviour from the buyers to ill health of my parents. Everything that could have gone wrong did. Jamie worked hard to see if he could do anything to help even when he didn't need to. GoogleMe and my partner bought our first house through New Keys and we are very pleased with how everything went! Jamie and Zena maintained very good communication and were always easy to get in touch with. As it was our first time buying a house we had lots of questions especially after the offer was accepted and Zena was always very friendly and communicative to us explaining the processes well. Both always kept us up to date on any info we needed to know and thanks to the team everything went smoothly till the end. Thank you New keys team! I bought my first house through New Keys, and I was really satisfied and I felt like I had found a good house. I've been to many other real estate properties, but this one was the most communicative and friendly, so I felt good from start to finish.

GoogleWe went with Newkeys for our house sale in October last year and I could not recommend them more. Jamie, Zena and Diane are a fantastic team who helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. Compared to other agents I have met throughout our experience none have been more hard working, professional or pro active as this team. Newkeys are truly excellent value for money, they rival the prices of the online agents but give you the full branch experience with direct contact and being available all hours. GoogleLooking for a nice flat in a competitive market is always rather hard work and can be quite stressful. My experience with some Letting Agents has been mixed but I have to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with Newkeys4me. Both Jamie and Diana have been very responsive and always dealt with enquiries quickly and efficiently. The Vouch system that they use for referencing makes that process easy and quick to complete. They have been patient while I was sorting out release from my previous tenancy and then when we needed to move quickly, Jamie responded straight away. GoogleAfter a lengthy property search and using numerous high street estate agents, I came across Jamie and his team who have been nothing but amazing and speedy from start to finish. Jamie was quick to invite me for a viewing, he didn't mess me around or feed me nonsense, he was honest, transparent and treated me as if I was his only customer and gave me 100% of his time whenever I needed. Unlike other agents who take on more work than they can handle, Jamie and Zena were always on hand to answer calls, texts and emails throughout the day and informed me of progress at every step. Zena the sales progresser called me every other day with updates and also when there were no updates which kept my confidence up and assured me that they were working hard to get things done. They made sure they were constant with progressing the sales, contacting all parties and adding pressure onto conveyancers to complete asap as requested, taking about 9 weeks from putting in an offer to exchange even though we had the Christmas period, stamp duty deadlines and covid related delays! I can't thank Jamie, Zena and Diana enough. I could not fault them in any area. You guys have set the bar high for other up and coming independent estate agents. Genuine customer care with peoples interest at heart and wanting the best for their customers is so rare these days, to find it during these trying times is truly a blessing. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you've made it a stress free experience for us.

GoogleI’ve just sold my parents house through Newkeys4me Jamie and the team have been excellent throughout the process. Communication has been great, and the few issues that came up were dealt with promptly and professionally. GoogleMy partner and I were on the hunt for a flat to rent in the Richmond area. Jamie showed us a flat that we liked the look of. Sadly it wasn’t for us but I felt I had to comment on the positive experience as I’ve never known a letting agent to be so well informed. He answered all our questions during the viewing and showed us EVERY nook and cranny in the property. His knowledge about that particular place was top tier and he answered all our questions right there and then. It was the best viewing I’ve ever had. Facebookmy disposit money has been taken and needs to.be refunded, rushed us to pay disposit not ask about details and landlord decided to go with someone else and they have kept my money... that's not the way to do business stay well away now not answering my calls and threatening me

GoogleAfter struggling to find a place with my other half for over a year we finally came across a new keys 4 me and Jamie. Honestly can't recommend using this firm enough. Made all the processes so so easy and dealt with any queries I had as soon as he possibly could. Without Jamie I honestly think we would still be looking for a property now. So nice to come across a business that truly cares for its tenants and will help wherever they can at any time. Also all of the contractors new keys 4 me use have been amazing , quick workers and extremely polite.
