Disgusted by Jamie,s behavior, Never give NEW KEYS 4 ME your money, gave a holding deposit and never got it back, rushed myself and family to giving a deposit saying a house is very popular and then told us the landlord has decided to go with someone else, the property is still being advertised and prob taking more peoples money, he then threatens me telling me I have overstepped the mark and I need to watch myself, and calls the police to tell them I am harassing him, I am a hardworking family that wanted to find a new home who has now been robbed of over £500 and taken money for which we was using to find out new home. Your version is a complete fabrication of events, and the threats came from your self, I reported your company for theft to the police and you still refuse to refund my money stating you gave it to the landlord when you never have spoken to the landlord to confirm this. Please do not try to discredit myself and make your company look trustworthy. I have text from Jamie stating that we passed referencing and that you was passing our details to the landlord with recommendation to rent. This was after credit check was done. Please delete the lies from your message or will also add slander to the list of offences in court. I again request a refund of my deposit that you haven’t given to the landlord and kept for yourselves. Also note that as you have tried to disclose personal information without my permission, this is a breach of data protection. Weather it’s inaccurate it would still constitute a data protection breach. As a director you should know this. I ask again for you to conciser an amicable resolve to this situation and refund my deposit. I do not want to escalate this further as a GDPR breach carry’s a hefty fine and would not want your company to endure that.

No one rushed you to make an offer or pay a holding deposit.
You viewed the property sent your offer via email and an email reply was sent explaining the refernce process, requesting your holding deposit.
You then lied on your reference application not declaring your bad credit history and avoided providing your landlord reference details so you could bypass this section.
As a result the landlord rejected your application.
You then became violent and abusive resulting in the police being called and you were spoken to by the police warning you to stop
All and any contact to me my colleagues and my company.
You have been directed to our governing bodies to make a complaint which you have not done, you have threatened legal action and said you are instrcuting a solictor neither of which you have done becuase no one will
Uphold your complaint and represent you as clearly you deceived lied and misled on your tenancy application.
Instead you are continuing to harras us through social media and other platforms, this has been reported to the police again.
Your reviews will be removed as they are factually incorrect and form part of an ongoing harrasment case.
Whilst the review is being removed our position is clear and the reason your application was unsuccessful is also clear.

A combination of reasons meant my sale has been a difficult one and drawn out, but Jamie remained proactive throughout, driving all stakeholders to do what they needed. He built the right relationships with the right people to get the best end result, and went WAY beyond I’ve seen any estate agent do to achieve this.

We received the contract on a Friday evening and 2 hours later, the contract was cancelled by them, and we had to move into the flat the next morning. MY PARTNER AND I WERE LEFT ON THE STREET with no alternative and NO RESPONSE TO OUR CALLS. We even paid the first month and deposit and seriously thought it was a SCAM, but fortunately we received a refund. You DO NOT want to be in the same very stressful situation, I can guarantee you, and deal with this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COWBOYS. LIARS. STAY AWAY. BAD PEOPLE.

Hi Diego and Patricia, we showed you the property x2 days before you wanted to moved, we had the property cleaned the next day, organized your references inside 24 hours issued the tenancy agreement and requested your funds. The landlord signed and then you didn't sign or pay the rent & deposit within the agreed time frame so the landlord withdrew the offer of a tenancy, this was beyond our control as a result of your non payment, as you stated we immediately refunded you.
We regret not being able to offer the property but it was through no fault of our own it was due to the delay from your side in completing the process. The decision was the landlords not ours.
