GoogleI rented the property in Rosehill Rounabout Sutton though Sutton Branch. I received a very good customer service and property management experience from Sophie Lowe, Sutton Branch Manager, Holly Uddin and Laura Rowley Property Managers during the 2 years. I highly rate their influence in tenants extending the contract. Unfortunately in my case the landlord wanted to sell his property so I had to leave. Thank you for all your efforts and being patient with me. Miss the property and hope to work with Haart Sutton again soon. Good Luck Haart team! Best Regards,

GoogleThey have yet to refund the deposit, despite confirming that they would. I’ve been trying to reach the appropriate person to resolve this issue for over a month now.

GoogleOur agent was Chris who was always courteous and prompt with any queries we had and helped make the process feel smooth. Would be 5 stars but there were issues such as incorrect availability dates on the property listing and tenancy agreement. However these were resolved quickly and I would use their services again.

GoogleIt is always nerve racking when you rent as things have changed so much but Amanda helped and advised me on everything I needed to know and I am so settled and happy. It helps having that person at the end of a phone to calm your nerves and talk you through everything clearly in such a lovely manner.
