Nicola found appropriate tenants with in days of instruction at a fair rent, managed the handover process with minimal involvement from me including rectifying an error made by the predecessor agent. All done with efficiency and good humour. A breath of fresh air in a sector where mediocrity seems to rule
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we look forward to working with you again. Many thanks, Nicola

GoogleI met with Ros from Cerca Trova when looking for a place to rent. It was my first time renting and being new in the city I had a lot of questions :) She was reachable all the time and the communication with her was great. It was nice to work with a reliable real estate agent who cares about both the homeowner and the tenant. I'd highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
