GoogleCerca Trova are the best Agents I have worked with in the last 20 years. Nicola is outstanding and works tirelessly. Nothing is too much trouble.- Their fees are highly competitive for an outstanding service. can’t recommend them highly enough.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI am pleased with Nicola’s work! Very professional and feedback very quickly. I am new to the UK and I have contacted with many agencies but only Nicola helps me worked out in very simple way. I was quested to paid the rent in annual by other agencies because I just arrived UK in April. Nicola told me that it’s unnecessary to pay in that way, I pass the the reference check and finally I pay monthly. She is really care about her clients. I am planning to buy a house in next year and I hope I could work with nicola again.
Thank you, you are very welcome and I was happy to help. Your employment was more than sufficient to pass the reference process without the need for advance payment of rent. I hope you continue to enjoy your tenancy and I will be delighted to assist in the future to find you a home to purchase :)

GoogleOmg!! Ros and Cerca Trova were simply amazing! Had the opportunity to work with Ros who managed the entire processes from the viewing, to agreement, to exchange and completion. So passionate, patient, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. I am sorry for the late messages, at times but without your skills this complicated sale would have struggled. Will definitely use your services in the future. Thank you so so much. The best estate agent in my experience of selling and buying of which I have used 4 well known market leaders. Cerca Trova topped them all by miles!!
Hi Marco, WOW! Thank you so much for the amazing review!! It was a pleasure & I hope we are able to work together again in the future. Best wishes to you all, Ros

GoogleNicola and Ros are fantastic, on my second rental property with them and from start to finish, it has been a breath of fresh air for renting. Amazing properties, always available, quick to respond to any issues and will make sure you're kept in the loop on all updates. Other estate agents should look to emulate them as the gold standard. Can't recommend enough!
Hi Seb, Thanks for the glowing review! We hope you enjoy your second tenancy with us. Best wishes, Nicola

TrustpilotGold Star Service!
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending the services of Ros and Nicola who helped me in the sale of my property. After an extremely frustrating experience with several other high street estate agents, they were like a breath of fresh air....courteous, communicative, proactive and highly professional - a complete contrast to the tired, run of the mill lip service it had been my misfortune to have experienced consistently before them. Their marketing was also first class! The whole process went through without so much as a hitch. I wish them all the success they very much deserve!
Wow Teri, what a fabulous review and start to 2022! Thank you & Happy New Year from us both!

GoogleI have recently engaged Cerca Trova to assist in letting my property in West Wimbledon. Throughout the process, nothing has been too much trouble for Nicola and Ros. They have been super responsive, professional and re-assuring. Their knowledge of the lettings market is just what you need as a Landlord and they have kept me informed continually along the way. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other Landlords or using them myself again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you Honey for such a lovely review and for choosing Cerca Trova. We have enjoyed working with you and will look forward to next time. Best wishes, Nicola & Ros.

GoogleI have my property fully managed by Cerca Trova and couldn’t be happier. The things that matter the most to me are service levels and professionalism and they haven’t let me down. Ros and Nicola are great to work with, very responsive, proactive, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to deliver. As a landlord I want to have peace of mind that both my property and my tenants are looked after and in my experience Cerca Trova did and continues to deliver a level of service to the highest standard. Highly recommended!
Many thanks for the kind words Juliano.

GoogleReliable, efficient, available and diligent, Nicola & Ros have provided me with an excellent service, as a Landlord managing my two properties. Their years of experience in the industry clearly contrast to the constant stream of young inexperienced staff supposedly hired to manage your tenants and properties. Tired of the poor service and extortionate rates from other High Street names, I am honestly delighted to have found them.
Thank you for your excellent review, it is much appreciated :) we look forward to continuing to work with you. Best wishes, Nicola

GoogleWe dealt with Nicola at Cerca Trova when we were looking for a new home to rent. Communication was great. Nicola was flexible when it came to arranging viewings. We found our new home and could not be happier. It's some much better to deal with a independent company!

TrustpilotReliable real estate agent
I met with Ros from Cerca Trova when looking for a place to rent. It was my first time renting and being new in the city I had a lot of questions :) She was reachable all the time and the communication with her was great. It was nice to work with a reliable real estate agent who cares about both the homeowner and tenant. I'd highly recommend them.
