Absolute diamonds of people

Absolute diamonds of people, a very helpful and welcoming team. Especially Laura, who has without fail always provides an amazing and outwardly service ensuring that myself and my housemate are well looked after. Just an example of Laura’s dedication, on a random afternoon I had locked myself out the flat and within 15 mins later, she was there to save the day. No doubt with lots of other commitments to juggle also! A huge thank you to Laura and the team!

Ros and Nicola at Cerca Trova were absolutely superb. I am disabled and hence the necessary move from a terraced house to a flat in a complex for retired people. Ros and Nicola were incredibly supportive and kept in contact keeping me up to date throughout the process. It could have been incredibly stressful having lost my wife and moving on my own, Nicola and Ros made it seem so straightforward. I really do wholeheartedly recommend them . They give a totally professional and individual targeted support for house movingpp

Great Property Managers to work with

Laura and team at Cerca Trova were great to work with. They were responsive and helpful before the tenancy agreement was signed. Laura was very accommodating in letting us take measurements before us moving in. Once we've moved in, they've continued to be responsive to our concerns and any issues. We're very happy working with them.

Nicola Cartwright and her team at Cerca Trova proved to be the best estate agents we have ever worked with and as we have bought and sold, rented out and rented for ourselves quite a few houses over our advancing years this is something worth stating. I am not prone to writing reviews, but when a service is delivered that is so much better than one’s expectation it deserves a call out. Professional, ethical, hard working, charming and thorough. We recommend them highly.

Best in class Fully Managed Letting Service

I have rented out my property in Clapham for 10+ years using a different agency on a tenant find and rent collection only basis. This year I decided I wanted to upgrade to a Fully Managed service. Nicola & Ros were recommended to me to provide the Fully Managed Agency Service by a friend. Their service, professionalism, response rate and general approachability have been totally first class. Changing from one letting agent to another can be difficult…Nicola/Ros however made it easy. And they truly do provide me with a Fully Managed service from documentation to first class marketing to finding a tenant promptly to rent collection…I could go on. I’ve been particularly impressed with their commitment and conduct when it comes to the tenants themselves (I’ve only witnessed caring and professional communications with tenants; which from a landlords perspective is refreshing and very pleasing). I recommend Cerca Trova to any landlord or tenant for their best in class service on all levels. I’ll be using them for other rental properties in the very near future!!

Nicola was fabulous at supporting the purchase of our first flat. She was responsive, timely and very good at explaining the process to us as first time buyers, as well as supporting us to complete in time for the SDLT change. Thanks again for your help!!

I have been dealing with Cera Trova for sometime, more specifically Ros, and found her very professional and courteous in her dealings. Moreover she is absolutely diligent in dealing with her work. From my experience, when I give them a task, I find them so knowledgeable, a mine of information in property laws, and efficient as they leave no stone unturned to achieve the best results possible. What’s more is that when she deals with my property she keeps me updated every step of the way and I always feel in control. She is very helpful and would go out of her way to advise on property related matters. I would highly recommend Cerva Trova to house buyers, house sellers, landlords and renters.

Best property agents I've had, for renting out 1 or 2 properties. Professional, friendly, communicative, very capable. A breath of fresh air amidst some other very average experiences. Hoping to make use of their services for a long time! Highly recommended.

It was a Pleasure dealing with the agents at this company, I particularly was assisted by Ros and Nicola These ladies were fabulous! I was not fully aware of the process of renting, not only were they always available to explain but they took so much responsibility off of me. The London housing market takes no prisoners, but the team was beyond cooperative and treated my case as if it was their own Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Couldn’t recommend Cerca Trova highly enough. Ros was very professional, excellent at updating and communicating with us along the journey of selling our home. I would also mention Cerca Trova got us three offers on our open day which is in stark contrast to high street agencies we’ve used in the past.
