Mukul Mehta is a fantastic Mortgage & Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mortgage deal. Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. TrustpilotI would avoid for property management
Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.
Tom,Thank you for your review of Andrews Leasehold property management.The scope and detail of the maintenance for Leasehold buildings is agreed upon with the Directors of the Leasehold company. Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. I own my flat but share a communal hall way and front door. I pay towards any maintenance and repairs shared by all the residents. I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed. GoogleI purchased my property from Andrews and was really good, fast forward 10 years and time to sell it...I had a usual local estate agent who i thought was brillant and used for three other trasactions over years but things had changed and even asked for a cash in hand sale....I had the property reviewed and listed with the said agency and i advised i wanted to decorate it before and then told not to do that. Low and behold it didnt sell and i spent months paying a mortgage on an empty property and the team were quite frankly rubbish, about negative feedback etc and then given this chat out of hours about a potential investor and i should pay to extend the lease (which has over 115 years- because apparently people dont but properties with less than 200 year leases now- the flat only came with 125 when it was new...big alalrm bells) I called Antoine back and explained. He came straight over, agreed to do some small refreshes and boom sold it in a few weeks to a lovely couple. He's been brilliant through out and even when I felt stressed from the ordeal from the last agents he always positive, upbeat and suoper helpful. He is deffo the agent you want by your side simpy because - He get Sh*t done! He is now the only agent I would recommend in the Sutton area. Thanks again Antoine, your a Diamond! Please avoid the agency over the road....
