Renting for 4 years - 4 years of them not dealing with any issues reported. Waiting for the boiler to be fixed in the coldest time of the year for 4 working days before they called plumbers - only because the rebate was mentioned… no inspections whatsoever for 4 years then the whole deposit is being held and released back to the agency to cover “the damage” - even though the property has been damaged and afterwards repainted by the plumbers - £400 to cover just painting the walls. What a hellish experience!

Andrews are one of the finest agents in this locality. They do own research on the property and near by area which is definitely a wow factor which none of the other agencies do. On top of it Nancy Henley is very nice, calm, friendly and she always has a smile on her face which makes the viewing of the property even more pleasant. GoogleThey say selling your home is one of the most stressful life events - sit back and relax as that was totally not true with Andrews!! They made the whole process stress free, seamless and successful! Let’s start with Antoine, he knows his market inside out, he ‘held my hand’ throughout; he was in touch regularly explaining every step of the way; he exceeded my expectations as I felt really listened to when I said what I wanted but equally his tips and ideas on preparing my home for sale made the winning difference and it sold at the first viewing. Amazing Antoine! Roger too deserves a mention as his calm and reassuring manner made a huge difference too. Thanks for watching the little one whilst I locked up :) Most importantly I think I got great value for money; the photographer was excellent and the viewers were genuine buyers so I had 3 offers after the Open Day. Ohh and I was skeptical about the Open Day post Covid and in terms of security but again it was superbly managed. Ultimately Andrews understood I was selling ‘my home’ not just a property so I highly recommended them. Sit back you’re in experienced expert and safe hands … so let them do their job and I hope you also get a great outcome - best of luck

GoogleWe bought our first house with Andrews and 14 years later they did the magic again... Great advice, very professional, their property evaluation was the closest to the price we achieved, all evidence based and without trying to convince us to unrealistic target. Our agent Antoine supported us all the way, his view on many aspects of our sale and purchase and endless queries were always answered with the quickest possible turnaround time. We managed to secure a buyer with one other family in the chain in 6 days. Mark from Andrews helped us with sorting out the mortgage, managing mortgage amendment and switching to different house once things got complicated. Andrews also recommended great solicitor £995 +vat for sale and £995+vat for purchase and great service. The whole package worked really well for us. We managed to buy a property in 11 days from acceptance of our offer to exchange without risk of breaking the chain. Base on our experience I highly recommend Andrews. Great local estate agent with great experience and real insight into the market. Buying and selling property can be very stressful but but can bring a massive change to your family.
