James and his team are what give estate agents a positive reputation - knowledge of the area and enthusiasm for the house we were selling. We felt we were well looked after throughout the process. After interviewing 4 agents prior to listing, we both agreed that James came over best of all and would do a decent job. We were overjoyed that far from simply decent it was exemplary. Everything was very professional, timescales and commitments were met, the fee was competitive and the communication was first class. We were not always in the area, so the latter point was hugely important. It all added up to a very speedy and smooth sale. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending James and his team, and the charitable organisation behind Andrews gives an added bonus in dealing with them compared with other agents.

Considering I may never want to sell/buy property ever again, if I do, it will be through Andrews. In 2016 we bought a property through Andrews and they were so helpful during that purchase, when it came to sell again 6 years later we used them again. That is to say we did shop around, the prices were comparable, which is a good thing, high is suspicious and low is depressing and it shows they know the market. They also provided advice in what we could change to make those slight differences to accommodate our prospective buyers. This meant it it was sound business to use Andrews again, plus we knew that they would look after us and our buyer throughout the process, which is not really thought about at the beginning of the process. Now our most recent move process was an absolute nightmare and without the Andrews team pulling out all the stops to try and progress our purchase (even helping the less experienced estate agent up the chain) we would still be in our initial property waiting for inflation to fall! Note there was no issues with our own seller. Andrews consistency is where you want it. They know the market They know the customers They know the profession and have the experience They actually care. Wallington branch is amazing with special thanks to Janine the superstar that helped get this process complete and James who has always been there and also got the ball rolling in the first place (and provided that helpful advice pre-market). But let’s be fair everyone is great and that goes for the other branches, progression team and the independent advisors they host. I don’t do reviews really, but Andrews and specifically the Wallington branch totally deserve my time to make one. Thanks!
